Pool and Maintenance personnel are scheduled weekly to come by on Thursdays or Fridays to service the pool and lawn. No need to be present.

Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation. They’ll get to enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you relax on the comfy patio. $150 pet free, up to 2 small dogs under 30lbs. The home is equipped with a small doggy door to the fenced in backyard. We also provide dog bowls for food and water.

>> While we are pet friendly, we do not guarantee a yard is escape proof for your pet. Pet owners need to survey the perimeter of fencing upon arrival to identify any possible holes or escape openings. ALWAYS check the side gates to make sure they are closed if your pet will run free in the yard--you never know if the gate has been opened and not secured back by pool techs or landscapers. Be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard. **

Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property. This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possibly, but not likely to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as bugs, including, but not limited to ants, bees, palmetto bugs, love bugs, roaches, fruit flies, etc. on the property.
