Located in the desirable, Phoenix Resort complex, enjoy access to a bevy of onsite amenities including a shared pool, beach access, hot tubs, gym, racquetball courts, and tennis courts. Back to home, the well-equipped kitchen has you covered for easy, at-home meals. Before bed, kick back on the plush sofa to stream your favorite shows and movie on the TV using the free WiFi. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.
Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
