Your peaceful villa features two stories of newly updated living space. Soaring ceilings flood the space with natural light. Two private decks offer serene marsh views. A large sectional provides ample seating around the 50” TV in the main living area. Other highlights include vaulted ceilings and stylish beach-themed decor. Create delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen – outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space. When it’s time to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table in the dining area.
Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed. Watch your favorite shows on the TV and sip morning coffee on the attached deck. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly on a king bed in the second bedroom, which also includes a 42” TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The loft area is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Write postcards at the desk or screen movies on the 32” TV.
Enjoy dinner with a view at the table on the deck overlooking the marsh. A gas grill is available for preparing your catch of the day. A second balcony has two chairs and a comfy loveseat.

A Seabrook Island Club Amenity Card is required for access to all resort amenities. Amenity Cards can be purchased at the Amenity Office upon arrival or reserved in advance online and require a $15 deposit that will be refunded when the card is returned in usable condition. Amenity cards are available for a daily fee of $40 per group or a weekly fee of $225 per group. When paying the amenity fee, please select the number of days you will access the club facilities. If the Amenity Fee does not apply to your property, you can skip that selection. Guests staying in the same property that wish to link their own credit card will be charged a 50.00 admin fee per credit card.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
