We have a 3 level home.
The bottom floor has one bedroom with a Queen size bed and a bathroom that opens to the living area. The living area is huge with a great, open kitchen area and plenty of seating arrangements for all!
*There is a Duo coffee maker for drip coffee and pods!

The second floor has 4 rooms and 3 full baths.
1-Master with a King size bed and ensuite bath
2-Queen size bed
3-Two double beds with ensuite bathroom
4-Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom that also opens to the hall

The 3rd floor has 4 rooms, all with ensuite baths!

We offer a 2 car parking pad, along with plenty of street parking. Access to the home is by keyless entry and everyone in your party can share the same code.

We are local and available, but we have a keyless entry system for you to come and go as you please. If you need anything we can assist quickly.

Located right between 12th South and the Gulch, called Edgehill. 5 minutes to 12th and Gulch and only 7 minutes to Downtown!
Perfect location to all the hot spots in and around the city!

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
