The Blue Chair Beach House is amazing! This is a newer construction 5BR/7BA home with every possible amenity you could want for the beach! This is for the beach lovers, the boaters, the water sport enthusiasts, the fishermen, and the families going on the ultimate Navarre Beach vacation. The property has some unique options – You can bring your boat or rent a boat! You can also bring or rent jet skis! This waterfront property, Blue Chair, has a Sound side deck and boat lift!

Ground Level:
At ground level, you'll find the garage, which features two doors at the back that opens to a spacious 15 by 30 ft pool—a remarkable size for the beach. The pool has the ability to be heated, please see below for rates. This area is designed for fun and relaxation, offering an outdoor shower, a grill, a bar, a TV, a full-size refrigerator, and even a half bathroom for convenience. The garage also houses a 6-seater golf cart, available for rent*, perfect for exploring Navarre Beach. Guests can enjoy additional entertainment options like a ping pong table and a giant Connect Four game. To enhance your beach experience, a fun package is provided, including kayaks, four life vests, six beach chairs, five umbrellas, and a beach wagon!
Main Level
The main level consists of an open kitchen and living room (queen sleeper sofa), one bedroom with 2 king-size built-in bunk beds, two twin-size built-in bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a convenient half bathroom.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 2: Master Suite w/King Bed and large on suite bathroom w/large walk-in shower and stand-alone tub.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 5: 2 Queen Beds with ensuite bathroom

This great house, which has been professionally designed and decorated to be modern yet comfortable, is located on the west end of Navarre Beach, in an area known as Grand Navarre. The home sits on 40 feet of canal front; the canal leads out to the Intracoastal waterway and opens to the beautiful Gulf Coast. This 3400 sq. foot house is designed and built for vacation renters in mind - each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

*Golf cart rental rate is $750.00 for a week, inquire about daily rates (must be rented for entire length of stay)
*Pool heat is available for $80.00 per day, and must be heated for the entire stay
*Event friendly for up to 50 with approval, $1000 event fee applies - parking for 6-8 at the house, extra parking at designated public parking about 1/4 mile away

Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable $200.00 pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. *Blue Chair is Pet friendly with approval - non-shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply * Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly and non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra cleanup and flea treatment.
