The first-floor king bedroom, off the living room and kitchen, features a king bed, mountain views, and an en suite bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find anther master suite featuring a spacious king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, large flatscreen smart TV, and large walk-in closets.
Also upstairs, the bunk room with two twin-size bunk beds and two queen guest rooms (one with a crib) feature plush linens and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with a bathtub.
The basement has a spacious king suite with an en suite bathroom. All rooms are equipped with comfortable bedding, luxurious linens, and soft towels for a relaxing stay.
Kitchen:
If you love to cook, the fully stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals. Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of a few owner-locked closets. This includes all living areas, the garage, outdoor spaces, and more. You’ll also have the privilege of using the owner's chairlift and private trails on South Peak—your host will provide a detailed map upon arrival. During the winter months, take advantage of the complimentary private shuttle service, which picks you up at the front door and drops you at any Loon Mountain base for easy access to the slopes
The home is accessed through the key pad on the front door. The Host is available 24/7 by phone, text, or through the Airbnb app. If there are any issues or questions during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out!
- Our rental property is situated within a new development area, which may lead to ongoing construction activities nearby. We believe in maintaining open communication with our tenants, and it is our duty to inform you that there is a possibility of construction work taking place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Please be advised that there are Ring security cameras installed and positioned on the front door area of the property, the driveway, and the backyard. The cameras are the only surveillance device on the premises and does not extend beyond the descriptions listed.
While we prioritize your privacy and comfort during your stay, we also aim to ensure a safe environment for everyone. The cameras are in place solely to deter any potential security concerns and to provide a record in case of any unforeseen incidents related to the front entrance, driveway and backyard.
Additional House rules:
1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations by only parking in the driveway. Any cars parked on the street during the stay are subject to a fine.
2. No shoes inside the home.
3. No smoking inside the Airbnb! Reservation found to be in violation of this rule will be subject to damages and a fine.
4. No parties or events. Any guest to be found in violation of this rule will be subject to damages and a fine, including any additional cleaning fees.
5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 18.
6. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the kitchen or dining spaces.
7. Dispose of all garbage in trash bins. Dumpsters are located in the neighborhood. Host can give you instructions to dispose of trash. Guest is also welcome to use our trash service, which allows guests to leave all trash in the garage, and we will dispose of it for you for a $30 charge. If trash is left in the home, the guest will be charged the trash service fee.
8. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb
