Pelican Paradise is a beautiful four-level home in an ideal Kinnakeet Shores location with easy beach access, a great view, and within walking distance to the Avon Pier, shops, and restaurants. You'll catch some gorgeous views of the ocean and sound from the large, furnished sundeck.

The gourmet kitchen and large dining room table will be a great place to enjoy some delicious seafood and trade fun stories about your day. Four of the six bedrooms are spacious main suites, one with a single/double pyramid bunk, and all bedrooms provide comfortable resting places when you need to recharge your batteries.

When you're ready for more fun, play a game on the foosball table or watch a show on one of eight TVs. Enjoy six DVD players (one Blu-ray player) for some thrilling entertainment. This home is complete with a large concrete sundeck, poolside furniture, and a six-foot-high privacy fence. Splash around in the 13' x 31' private pool or take a relaxing dip in the six-person hot tub.
