Sip drinks by one of the fireplaces during the winter, or play board games in the lounge. In warmer months, open the panoramic doors, dine alfresco, or sip a cocktail in Adirondack chairs under the shade of a giant Juniper pine, while playing bocce and horseshoes.
The Great Room features cathedral ceilings with timber-pegged beams, a wood-burning masonry fireplace with a gas starter, and a smart TV. The home office provides a peaceful spot to plan vacation adventures. Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops – or sit in the covered patio while your grill master tends the fire. Have meals at the dining table, kitchen breakfast nook, covered patio, circular iron outdoor table, under the Juniper pine, or at the umbrella-shaded table at the very back of the property, with the murmur of the river down below.
The primary suite features a Tempur-Pedic king bed, smart TV, and access to the back patio. The en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and heated floors. The second bedroom is appointed with a twin-over-twin Murphy bunk bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom contains a queen bed and beautiful view of the backyard gardens. The vaulted guest bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination, and a glamorously appointed half bath adds convenience.
The lush, gorgeously landscaped backyard includes a private 6-person hot tub with both neck/shoulder and lower body massage stations, attached bar seating, a patio with a gas grill and a dining table, and garden seating under an enormous pine tree. An outdoor propane heater adds comfort. Dine or drink at four different outdoor seating areas. The interior courtyard boasts a lovely garden, water feature, and seating beside an exquisite wood-burning fireplace.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, as well as three adult bikes and two kids’ bikes are provided. Parking for four cars in the driveway. This home has a single-level layout.
Walk eight minutes to the Deschutes River Trailhead at Brianne Pl, and stroll the trail alongside the river to town. Take advantage of the bikes to ride into town on the Canal Trail. Connect with nature at Pine Ridge Park (6-minute walk) or sled at The “Pit” (five minutes) in the wintertime. Hike to the top of Pilot Butte Trail for views of the Oregon Cascades and high desert, then dine in the Old Mill District.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
