FLOORPLAN
⭐Quality furnishings and a spacious floorplan are all here. For the fisherman who wants to bring their boat, you will have access to the 60 ft lateral seawall dock with an oversize boardwalk allowing running water and shore power hookup. No boat, no problem! Check out the many pontoon rentals on Destin Harbor then load up the family and head to the much sought-after Crab Island. For those looking to play in the sand take a quick walk to the beach access located within a two-minutes from the house. A small wagon is provided to help tote the little ones to the beach along with bikes and added beach toys. Create delectable meals in the sparkling kitchen that is appointed with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Off the kitchen, you will find the spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a half bathroom with access that leads to the back deck and pool area. When you're wanting to get away from it all, just take in that deep breath of fresh air and feel the gulf breeze while relaxing in the private pool with spa. The oversized pool deck provides an abundance of chaise lounges, tables and chairs for your full relaxation. For the winter months of October - April, pool heat can be added at the cost of $60 per day, plus tax for the duration of your stay. If you consider adding this, please let us know in advance after booking or feel free to ask before booking.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking. You do not have access to the boats on the lifts or use of the lifts. Boats, trailer, jet skis etc are not allowed in the driveway or for storage.
Other things to note:
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a private Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder in the dining room. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐Our home's driveway has parking for up to 6 vehicles. To avoid a fine, boats, trailers, jets skis, and RVs are not allowed in the driveway during the day or nighttime per the HOA and must be parked offsite. Please contact our office for a list of offsite parking. The HOA also does not allow golf carts or scooters either.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ All guests staying at Marlin Haven will be provided with 2 Key Cards that will get them into the gated beach access. There is no provided beach service at this beach access.
POOL/HOT TUB
⭐ There is a private pool and hot tub located in the backyard of this home. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use these if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to all Safety Precautions. Use these amenities AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.
SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of both our Homeowner and Guests, there are surveillance cameras located on the back side of the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
