We cater to ADULTS and FAMILIES.
Sassy By The Sea is a 3 Bedroom Triplex located south of 30A in Prominence, Panama City Beach (a neighborhood nestled right next to The Big Chill) - which is between Seaside & Alys Beach.
***BEST BEACH ACCESS-in my opinion is Santa Clara Beach Access approx 3 miles toward Seaside. There are closer access points but SC is my favorite b/c there is parking, restrooms, outdoor showers, ramp rather than stairs to the beach, chair service with reservations(if you desire…we have all the gear) & lifeguards.

All linens, mattress pads & protectors, pillow protectors, quilts and shams are washed between each guest checkin.

There are 2 resort style pools with private cabanas, one with outdoor grill and fire pit. We offer a street legal 6 seater golf cart (Cart has 6 seat belts all guests must wear- sheriff is becoming very strict violations are guests responsibility, carts allowed on 30A only excluding Alys Beach & Rosemary) and bikes for our guests to use which will be fun to go up and down 30A, the beaches and neighborhood. A few steps from the townhouse and you are at THE HUB/THE BIG CHILL a fun place for the entire family…food, games, live music, shops and more.

***Golf Cart included in rental with signed golf cart agreement, valid DL & current car insurance card.

After a day of sun & surf relax at Sassy By The Sea!! Our goal in designing the Sassy’s was to provide a high end relaxing retreat. The Living Dining open concept allows meals to be prepared in the gourmet kitchen while friends and family relax in front of the 70” television, play games, or curl up with a book

You can comfortably sleep 10 guests MAX. With comfort being the main object all mattresses are top quality Serta. There are three bedrooms: Primary Berdoom - King, Guest - King, & Triple Queen Bunk Room. The bunks are by Adult Bunk Beds - each platform holds up to 1,000 pounds. All Bedrooms have TV’s.

Master bedroom is complete with ensuite master bath with a fabulous walk-in shower. Guest and bunk room share the hall bath with tub/shower combo.

Absolutely amazing stay! This place is gorgeously and creatively decorated, making every corner a delight to behold. It's immaculate—truly, incredibly immaculate. Every detail has been thought of and provided. The location is perfect, just steps away from the charming shops in The Big Chill (AKA "The Hub"). The owner is kind, thoughtful, and sweet, ensuring our stay was perfect from start to finish. And the amenities! Great, great, great bikes for exploring the area and a golf cart for added fun. The beach accessories were a highlight—wonderful toys, chairs, an umbrella, and even a tent. The beds could NOT have been more comfortable, especially the TRIPLE DECKER BUNK BED. WHAT??? The Turkish beach towels were a fun, luxurious touch. We loved the well-stocked kitchen, with every little thing we needed. The comfy couches and fun dining table made for great family time. The place was so clean, I have to mention it again—IT WAS SO CLEAN! The great binder loaded with helpful information was a fantastic resource. This place is more than a vacation spot; you'd want to LIVE here. A total and utter delight. I know it seems like I'm raving... it's because I am! Can't wait to come back!

Lovely Stay in a Beautiful Home
We had a lovely time at this property! Everything was as described and very clean. It is a great place to stay for a family with a younger child (I brought my husband and four-year-old). I also liked some of the small extras that are not always included when staying at properties in the area but are very helpful (e.g., beach towels, large cooler with wheels, some food storage/Tupperware, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash). The large bunk beds were great as well. It’s a lovely property and we would visit again!

Again.... Absolutely AMAZING.
This was my second time staying at this rental, and just as the first time a few years ago, everything was absolutely perfect and lovely. Great Locatiion
Me and my college boys went for long weekend for a golf trip. Everything was perfect, with all the extra amenities you could want. Beautiful home, plenty of beds. Great trip!
Our stay was perfect! The home was very clean and comfortable. Adults enjoyed the outdoor area for our morning coffee and late night caps. Kids loved the triple bunk beds- perfect for fort making during our rainy day. Location was great! Steps away from the big chill with multiple food options and lots of other families with to mingle with. Pool access was great as well. Most of our group used the golf cart to get there but was very close to walk to and from as well. Sari gave instructions for check in that made it all so easy. She also provided a list of recommendations that were also super helpful as it was out first time visiting. Everything you needed for a beach day was at the house also and beach access was easy to get to. We visited many of the surrounding areas and all agreed we’d stay in this property again!

Our stay here was fantastic. The place was super clean and was in a great location to all our families activities and friends. It’s an easy 30 yard walk to the Big Chill for food or fun. The owner of the home was very friendly and helpful with any questions we may have had. The home itself is very clean and well maintained. My family will be back for sure. It was a great trip.

Great memories & precious condo
We had an overall wonderful experience at Sassy by the Sea. We had three couples and two babies and pack n plays fit in all closets which was great for sleeping arrangements. The location is fun if you want to walk around, shop, etc. However, the beach access is definitely not ideal and public beach is very crowded (during peak season). The golf cart was nice for riding to the beach but not taking all of our stuff so ended up having to take another vehicle which there was little to no public parking. My only negative of the house is that the floors needed to be mopped. Host is Soo easy to work with and super kind!! Loved the touch of giving your guests the cutest koozies to take home or to the beach. If we had not had children the beach access would have been fine, just a little difficult with babies!

Just Right!
This was a great way to do the beach, especially if you have older kids who want to be independent, shop, roam, and enjoy The Big Chill. Really convenient. The house is well appointed with everything you could need. It was clean, well stocked, and seriously comfortable. (Meant to look to see who made the sofas! Dreamy!) The set up for the golf cart and the supplies for the beach was fantastic. We appreciated the advice about how to best access the beach, access to great towels, towels, and such a nice but relaxed house where we could enjoy our family. Highly recommend Sassy by the Sea and would 100% stay again!

Beautiful property in the best location. My family of 6 and our friends family of 4 stayed here. We had a great time, 6 kids all together ranging from 10months - 7years old. The triple bunk beds were a huge hit and, all the baby equipment and facilities were great and in almost new condition. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find a few items that the cleaner had missed from a previous guests stay. An honest mistake but not one that should be repeated. I called the property owner due to having no hot water from the kitchen taps and she came up with a quick hack/fix that worked and apologized immensely for the sanitary issues. The downstairs floor most definitely needed mopping as the babies clothes turned black quickly, we would have done it ourselves if there was a mop available. All of this was really only small annoyances. The most frustrating moment came upon checking out when the cleaner told the owner we had about “14” staying in the house promoting a phone call from the owner. I asked if the cleaner wanted to come and headcount each and every one of us which she rudely declined and said she just thought there were so many of us. This was unacceptable and managed to taint the last few moments we had there. All that being said. I would stay there again, but would hope for a more personal and professional cleaning service.

Fantastic house
Our family has traveled a lot and this is one of the best places we have stayed. We have a 5 and 2 year old and the location could not have been better for family activities. Also the house is beautifully decorated and so clean! They also have great products as well to cook with and clean. This would be a great house for families or a group of adults. The bunk room is super neat as well. Do yourself a favor and book this house!

We’ve stayed at many home away from homes and this one just took the top spot. Everything in the house was spotless. I can’t think of anything I would change. Our family was able to unwind for a week and enjoy this property tremendously. The layout was perfect (and then some) for our family of five. Some of the highlights include: Lights in the bunk beds allowed our kids to read and do sticker books in the dark (extra fun.) Location to the (less crowded) pool and the hub made for frequent/easy use. Stocked amenities include a Bluetooth speaker that we played while making dinner, a cooler for the beach, bikes to tool around town with, table and chairs on the porch, ample laundry/dish cleaning supplies, a variety of coffee and tea (my favorite!) spacious bathrooms (double shower head), clean kitchen equipment, and pool floats for days! It was a pleasure staying here and Sari went above and beyond with her welcoming hospitality, including fresh flowers upon arrival! Thank you.

Beautiful rental!
We stayed here with another family, four adults, and kids ranging from ages 1 to 7. We had such a wonderful time! The property is absolutely beautiful, clean and well decorated! We loved being just steps away from the chill, the kids had so much fun playing, watching live music, dancing, browsing the shops, and getting food from the food spots. It’s just a short drive to the pool and about a 10 minute drive to the beach. We will definitely be back! So much fun!

As we searched several areas between Destin and 30A we loved the vibe of Prominece and The Hub. The location is perfectly situated between Seaside and Alys Beach. Great Beaches are minutes away as well as our favorite restaurants. We hope you find Sassy By The Sea as fun and relaxing as we do!!
