This beach side condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master Bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. Flat screen TV and DVD player and Master Bathroom. Guest bedroom features two comfortable twin beds. Just steps to beautiful Saint Augustine Beach. Amazing resort amenities include 2 pools, 5 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, pickle ball and grilling picnic area.

The dining area with seating for four flows into the living room which connects to the private balcony with ocean view. Hear the waves crash from this coastal property. The condo is complete with a washer and dryer. Fast wifi perfect for working remotely. You will be only a few minutes walk to the miles of unspoiled beach, perfect for finding shells, watching dolphins or boogie boarding/surfing. Sprig break for seniors

Needs some decluturing and some tlc it has nice access to the ocean area is very secure has great walking paths and alot of things for seniors to do.

Lots to do by the beach

This condo was the perfect location to head straight out to the beach and was close enough for us to come back to the condo to cool off for lunch. It was nice to have other options as well. We played pickleball and bocce ball and enjoyed the pool at the complex. It is very close to restaurants on A1A but get there early or you will wait over an hour. It is also only 20 min to downtown St. Augustine. The unit itself had a lots of space and was well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. The washer/dryer came in handy when we got stuck in a Florida downpour. They provided beach chairs as well but we found two (out of 4) were a little too close to the ground. There were also two beach umbrellas but the one we chose was slightly broken and couldn't stand up to the wind that day. Overall it was a great stay!

We really enjoyed the location and the grounds. Beach, pools, hot tubs, courts are all fantastic. The accommodations weren’t as clean as we expected, but the host was very responsive.

St. Augustine getaway

We thought the location and condo grounds, including the pools, were really nice. The proximity to the beach was great. Communication with the host was good. However, this specific condo was subpar. It needs updating and repairs. Specifically, the entry door and patio door and screen all need repairs. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. The bathroom sinks need work on their stoppers. The furniture is old and very uncomfortable. Lastly, we did not have a top sheet on our bed, only a scratchy blanket of sorts. We would stay at this resort again, but not this condo.

The beach was amazing! Down the stairs and over the bridge, not to grandma’s, but to the white crested waves!! The foam on the beach reminded me of an ocean latte with extra foam

Beach & pool getaway

The unit is exactly as described in other reviews - dated furnishings but right at the beach. The unit had 2 boogie boards, a few beach chairs, and 2 pool noodles. Wishing that we had better weather to make use of them!

1st vacation in Florida

Property and grounds are immaculate. Our unit was nice but very dated. Could use some upgrades to kitchen and furniture but it worked. There was even a VCR 😂 Access to the beach is great and pools are well kept. Want a nice meal, try Mango Mango’s. Everything is extremely fresh

Fun in the Sun

This resort is clean with a great location to the beach and visiting St. Augustine. Unit has lots of room, well stocked kitchen, view of the ocean from the balcony and short walk to the beach. I'm giving the unit 4 stars, instead of 5, do to a few minor fixes needed such as burnt out light bulbs, torn screens and very dated decor. Once these items are addressed, it will be a 5+ Star Unit! I would recommend!

Great location but dated

Although a really great location and well stocked kitchen, the unit needs some TLC. the vertical blinds are broken, the small (but smart) tv is high on wall making it tough on the neck, and the decor needs updating. That being said, we really enjoyed our stay.

Winter Weekend Getaway

We spent a long weekend at the resort. Our parking pass was waiting for us at the gate. The entire experience was seamless. This property seemed like it was mostly adults. It was very quiet at the resort as was the beach. The Condo was very clean. The lighting outside was a bit bright outside of the bedroom window, maybe a Room Darkening Shade or Blind could resolve this. One bedroom Window faces the interior hall. My daughter was a little uncomfortable, as the shade was not covering the entire window. Again, minor window covering adjustments can resolve this. In all, we would stay here again. Very responsive owners.

Vintage and calming

The property as a whole (pool, location, beach ext) is perfect. The unit could use updating (faucet top kept coming off, kitchen older, couch/chair beds ext). Can see beach and the communication with property management is great. Check in at the front was so easy and so nice/helpful. Would recommend!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great stay here. This unit is very close to the beach access walkway and a short walk from the pool areas. The main pool is large enough for multiple families to enjoy without feeling too crowded. We had no problem finding a great spot on the beach or a chair at the pool, even at peak season. The unit itself could use a bit of a update, especially the stove and bathrooms, but the water pressure in the shower was excellent and the unit was very clean. There were many dining options within walking distance or a short drive, and we could easily purchase groceries. It took us about a 15 minute drive to reach the historic downtown area. We would stay here again!

Perfect location

This condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfy. We had a view of the ocean from the balcony. The onsite pool is huge and clean. The jacuzzis were extra hot, but nice at the end of a long. This condo is located right near the beach access which is perfect. The beach was clean and not crowded! Several of the guards at the gate were rather unpleasant, but that would not keep me away in the future. We had a beautiful family vacation and hope to return in the future!

Great location, steps to the beach.

Great location. The units are a little dated but we had everything we needed. Management was super responsive with any issues. Odd that we can’t ride bikes in the compound but other than that all the facilities were immaculate and nice . Lots of reasonably priced bars and restaurants nearby. Very close to Saint Augustine. Check out island donuts!!

Perfect quiet getaway spot

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this perfect quiet getaway spot on Saint Augustine Beach. The clean, quaint condo was big enough for two adults and two teenagers, and the property offered plenty to do. We played tennis, went fishing and spent time at the pool, hot tub and beach without having to get in the car. You can't beat the location steps from the beach, which was not crowded or commercialized. It was only a short walk off property to a great meal at Mango Mango's and a short drive to historic downtown. For rest and relaxation at a great location, this is the spot.
