Perfect spot with all amenities of home

This property is an absolute gem—completely updated and a true picture of perfection!Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and there are more pillows and blankets than any place I’ve ever stayed! The kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed, with every essential provided—nothing was overlooked.I was so impressed with the primary bedding that I had to look it up to see where I could buy it for myself!We brought our doodles, and they loved the fenced-in space to play. Plus, there was plenty of parking for our college students to come visit.A perfect 10/10—I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!

Very nice stay

Clean, updated home with fully stocked kitchen and amenities. Anything you can imagine needing is available in the kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Nice walking trail a few blocks away.

Cozy home

We loved the cottage. It is decorated so cute and the beds are very comfortable. The road that runs next to the house is a bit noisy, but by the second night wasn’t as noticeable. The side yard is not big for larger dogs but we walked our dogs so it wasn’t a problem. Very cozy!

Great family stay

My family stayed at the cottage while attending my son’s swim meet at Texas A&M. We could not have asked for a better host and property. Everything was so conveniently thought about in the home and very comfortable for everyone. Kathy was extremely responsive and we are grateful for her hospitality.

Perfect weeklong VRBO for college event

Its a cute and well decorated place. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is well stocked and fast internet while I worked remotely during the day. Location was great being close to campus as well as nearby restaurants and parks.

Great place

Came in for a regional Bible drill at FBCS. The house was in a good location for everything around the town. Wish we had planned to stay long. Definitely will book this place again if it opens. The host was quick to respond. Love this place!

Perfect Cottage in College Station

My husband and I absolutely adored this cottage! Everything in it was perfectly clean, updated, charming, and beautiful! We intended to have our sons and their wives stay with us while attending Aggie ring day for our daughter. There was plenty of room and plenty of privacy for the three couples. Located in a quiet area of town, and still close to restaurants, campus, and events. Five stars.

Great house, friendly host, easy to book

The place is very well decorated and was comfortable and had TVs in every room! The kids loved that. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and we had everything we needed as if we were at home. I stayed for over a week for work and my spouse, kids, and cat came up to stay for a couple of those days. I couldn't be happier with how great this place was! Kathy was very easy to communicate with. She was accommodating and her instructions were all very clear, simple, and reasonable. Stay here with confidence, it's a good place run by a good person.

We stayed here for our daughters sorority’s parent weekend. Perfect set up. Updated and cute. Perfect for our pups. Host Kathy was super responsive and quick. We had a vehicle issue and needed a little extra time that was not planned. We are so grateful for the added kindness. We will definitely book again if it’s available when needed. 🙏❤️

We are LOCAL hosts who have made Bryan/College Station our home for over 20 years. Our children have been raised in Aggieland, and we are proud Aggie Parents.

I am a real estate broker and designer, and Neil works in construction and remodeling. While we enjoy our real estate business, we have had the most joy in hosting guests. Hearing the beautiful stories of family gatherings, graduations, reunions, and such warm our hearts.

Long-term stays are welcome, and we accommodate them when open dates allow.

Most of our properties are pet friendly. We have found that traveling pets are most often well cared for and are extended furry family members.
