Smoking and cats are not allowed, but we welcome up to two dogs with a weight restriction of 80lbs each (additional $20/night pet rent applies). The maximum occupancy is four people, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Our front desk is happy to assist with early luggage drop-off or late departures for your convenience. To book, the primary guest must be at least 21 years old and required to sign the Guest Confirmation Agreement, providing a Government-issued Photo ID.

As for security, an exterior camera is located at the front door for added safety and peace of mind. While the property address does not accept mail through USPS, rest assured your stay will be nothing short of secure and comfortable.

- For your convenience, our front desk is happy to accept & hold luggages for early arrivals or late departures
- Must be at least 21 years old to book
- Unapproved late checkout fees automatically accrue at $50/hr after the first 15 mins
- Please note the property address does not accept mail through United States Postal Service
- NOTE: If guests violate any of the listed policies a $250 fine will be imposed per violation
- NOTE: Your safety matters. The property features an exterior security camera at the front door. This does not look into any interior spaces
- The primary guest is required to sign the Guest Confirmation Agreement and provide a Government-issued Photo ID
- Damage Waiver (Property Fee): Your booking includes a non-refundable $39 fee which provides up to $1,500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms & conditions)
- Stays of less than 21 days require $298 refundable security deposit. For 21 days or more, a $1000 refundable security deposit will be held until after checkout
