This home is within a short walk to the beach, Belmont Park, restaurants, shops, and more. There is something for everyone at Belmont Abode. With one bedroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the second level, including the primary suite this home is perfect for families! Other unique amenities at Belmont Abode include a private two-car garage, an in-suite washer/dryer, and spectacular views over Belmont Park. The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps, and a starter pack of paper products.
Relax on the ground floor patio equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. French doors welcome you from the ground floor patio into the home's living room. The home has a grand ground floor living area with a fireplace, cozy couches, and cable TV. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully-equipped to make your special vacation meals. The décor throughout including light wood floors, and new furnishing is beach-friendly and very comfortable.
Mission Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego. Belmont Abode is located in South Mission Beach, about one mile north of Belmont Park. This home is two houses away from Mission Bay and just across the street from the ocean.

This home may be monitored by exterior video surveillance and interior noise monitoring devices.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
