This custom-built home in the much sought-after Pointe West master-planned community is absolutely gorgeous. Covered decks on each level featuring great views of the gulf and evening views of the bayside and sunset. The home has a large open floor plan with the living area on the top floor for the best daytime and nighttime views of the narrow sliver of the island on the west end of Galveston Island. The home was built in 2014 and is just like new - very gently used and in excellent condition. The large living area features an ample seating area around the 55"" television. The dining area also has a large table that will seat 8 guests easily. Half bath located in living/kitchen area. The Wine Downhome features cable television and WIFI for guests' convenience. Due to occasional outages of WIFI (due to wind or weather)on Galveston Island, we do not guarantee coverage at all times.
Three bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 40"" television and full en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 40"" television and its own bath. The third bedroom is uniquely situated for 6 people with two custom built-in beds - each a twin over full. The third bedroom also has a 40"" television.
POINTE WEST
Pointe West is a master-planned community, that opened in the summer of 2006, located on the last three miles of the island with a highly maintained, vehicle-free beach. Pointe West offers an infinity pool, fitness center, bar, restaurant, gift shop, game room, gas grills and cabanas on the beachfront, and the Pointe West Sunset Pool with lazy river, kitty pool, hot tub, fire-pit and additional grills are located on the bayside.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
To access Pointe West amenities guests must visit the Pointe West Beach Club front desk from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm to provide valid ID and pay the access fee to obtain wristbands for all guests 3 and for an amenities access card. Wristbands are limited to three per bedroom, fee is paid directly to the Pointe West HOA by cash or credit card. The use of the Pointe West Beach Club and amenities are optional, and usage fees are not included in rental rates. Please contact the Pointe West Beach Club directly with any questions regarding amenities.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
