Outdoor living at The Good Life includes a private swimming pool, fenced yard, paddleboards, water mat, and canal access for boating or fishing, and an extra-large flat-screen TV mounted over the pool to watch the game. This two-story home has ample room for entertaining both adults and children - together or separately. The main floor of the home features an amazing kitchen with a large walk-in pantry, two dishwashers, an extra-large refrigerator, two drawer beverage refrigerator, 6 burner gas range with double ovens, under counter microwave, and warming drawer, and side beverage bar. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area keeps guests flowing from one room to another! There is a 70'' flat-screen TV, linear electric fireplace and large sectional sofa. The dining area will accommodate guests for comfortable dining at the table (seats 10) and the oversized island with stools. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, and en suite bath with dual vanity and expansive step-in shower. Deck access from both the primary bedroom and the main living area with unbelievable views of the main canal in Jamaica Beach the Bay to the north. There is also a 1/2 bath on the main level of the home and a large utility area with a full-size stackable washer and dryer.
Other sleeping accommodations are located on the upper level of the home as follows. The second floor of the home features 4 bedrooms as follows: Bedroom 2 has a king bed with en suite bath including a step-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed, TV, en suite bath with a step-in shower. Located between bedrooms 2 and 3 is a second living area - the perfect place to send the kids for games, movies and TV time! The second living area has one flat screen mounted TV. The second floor game room is equipped with both Golden Tee and NBA Jam arcade games, an Xbox with two controllers, hockey, a reading area, a large sectional, and multiple board and card games for guest use (stored in lift top coffee table and window seat in the bunkroom). The 4th bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and en suite bath with a step-in shower. The fifth bedroom is a bunk room with the following bed configuration 2 sets of TwinXL/TwinXL bunks, two sets of Queen over Queen bunks. The large shared restroom on the upper level features a full restroom with a dual vanity, and tub/shower combination for the convenience of the guests.

Jamaica Beach Texas is one of the most popular beaches and sought-after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals – what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays, and event weekends! Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street). Jamaica Beach also has its own community pool and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin, a community pavilion, and playground.

EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students, and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
