Great Place!!!

Great location within a great neighborhood. Walking distance to a cool little bar (block or two) and a short Uber ride to the beach and downtown.

Great Place To Stay!

My family and I had a great stay at the Sarasota-Indian Beach Zen Home. Our host, Kirby was excellent. He responded immediately to any questions we had and followed up right away. The location is superb and the house is spacious. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sarasota

Exploring Sarasota

Our stay at the Indian Beach Zen Home was perfect for us clean and very comfortable. Loved walking down to the little neighbor beach to watch the sunset. Neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk the dog. Construction being done at the school across the street which created more traffic and activity during the day. The side streets were somewhat congested during school drop off and pickup times. However that did not place any deterrent on our stay. Close to the Ringling Museum and Lido Key. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Great spot

We love the home. It was clean and perfect for us with our Labrador. Good location, close to beaches and main street. Great restaurants close by and we walked down two blocks to each the sunset. Will definitely come back.

Quiet Sarasota Neighborhood

Very nice little 2 bedroom house in quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Clean, comfortable bed and living area. Keyless entry is on a timer, we got there about 25 minutes early and had to wait until exact minute on the hour to check-in. I hesitate to even mention this because I’d stay there again in a heartbeat…. I don’t rely on a property being ready early but in this case house was cleaned and ready to go so it would have been nice to be able to go ahead, get in and situated.

Great choice easy drive from airport and center of Sarasota. Couldn’t ask for a better location House was clean and well stocked with all necessities! Highly recommend the Ringingly museum and their restaurant. Love the Wicked Cantina restaurant for food & entertainment too.

The home was just right for the two of us. Well stocked with all that we needed. A nice neighborhood for walking each morning. Close to grocery and nice restaurants. Easy to get to Ed Smith Stadium for the O's game.

Sarasota Get Away

This is a nice well kept property and worked very well for us. It is a quiet location. The screened in lanai got a lot of use and had plenty of seating. Internet is reliable and fast. Sunsets at the bay are a short two block walk. There are a couple of benches. A private school is across the street which does restrict on street parking but two cars fit in the driveway. The host was very responsive and we would stay at this property again if available.

Small but we’ll appointed home

Pros: plentiful towels, beach stuff, games, books, fenced yard, walkable neighborhood, easy access to owner, nicely decorated and well located. Bonus was cable TV in the living room—a rarity these days! Extra soft beds, a plus if you like soft. Cons: Smaller bedroom seemed to have a full-size bed with a queen-size mattress topper (we practically fell out of bed), narrow driveway, door entry system hard to master, no real beach at nearby waterfront, across the street from a large school (although school didn’t seem to be operating).

Great place!

This was our first trip to Sarasota and we really enjoyed our time at the house! Nice neighborhood near the water, easy access to restaurants and shopping, and Lido Beach (about a 10-15 minute drive) was spectacular, both the little town and the beach. Loved the lanai too! Kirby was very responsive with questions/etc.

Quiet street near the Tamiami Trail and Sarasota Bay

Comfortable house with everything you need. Close enough to downtown Sarasota and the beaches at Lido Key without all the craziness. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sea La Vie is beautiful

Our long weekend was wonderful. This rental is a beautiful little bungalow right in the middle of Sarasota. With lots to see like Rungling Muzeum and Jungle gardens, to eating at some of the best restaurants in Sarasota, it's perfectly located. The owners have lots of little details that are great as drop in guests. Spotlessly clean and neat, we enjoyed every minute of our stay!

My name is a Kirby and I was born and raised in Denver. I love to travel and learn about the history of new places as well as the people and their stories and they way they approach life. Avid animal lover and have a wolfadoodle and 2 cats with Cameron.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We have come to the area for years but over covid spent a month in Sarasota exploring and riding a bike around town and fell in love with the little Goldielocks feel of the area ( not too big, not too small). The indian Beach sapphire shores area has a rich history and it’s got this jungle feel 2 blocks to the water with all these amazing huge homes but it’s a really old neighborhood so with all this lush overgrown greenery, it’s really peaceful and clean and nice. Being by the school ensures the safety of the area but it’s also really quiet and we don’t mind that at all and love wandering the hood in the evenings around sunset. It’s also super close to downtown and lido beach which is our favorite.

One block away you have this adorable local coffee shop/bookstore, a local bar with good food and fancy cocktails open until 2 am, and a Starbucks, Walgreens, grocery, dunkin all within 2 blocks so it’s walkable but not in all the busy areas and so it feels like you have the best of both worlds
