This mid century modern styled home is located less than a mile north of the Iowa Fairgrounds and just a couple minutes drive to I-235 where you can get to any spot in the metro within 15 minutes or less. This home's central location provides quick access anywhere you may want to go. The two bedrooms both have a queen bed that can comfortably sleep two, and the two stylish couches in the living room are great for an additional two people to crash on when you are traveling with six people.

Stay in Des Moines

We stayed at the Cleveland House while attending a Valais sheep show at the fairgrounds. It was only 6 minutesaway and so convenient! The house was perfect and everything was so clean and in great condition. The beds were super comfortable!We will definitely stay here again!

State Fair getaway

We had two couples and stayed here after seeing a concert in the Grandstand a the State Fair. The house was so cute and clean and the location was perfect! It was an easy walk to the fair. So happy to have found this place and hope to be back again!

Great stay

The property is as advertised and very well appointed. Stayed here for a month while working. Comfortable beds, streaming services galore, and great Wi-Fi! Quiet neighborhood. The hosts, Zac and Kaylee, communicated promptly and effectively. Even the towels were huge, fluffy and absorbent. Yea, I’m a towel snob. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend.

Great Stay!

This property is in such a conveniently located spot for time in Des Moines as its minutes away from downtown, the fair grounds and an excellent spot for an Adventureland weekend. Interiror was clean and cute with the right amenities.The hosts had excellent communication. We had a small blip with our check in process (which normally would have been very convenient) and I was very satisfied with the speed, professionalism and ability of thr hosts were able to communicate with us and resolve it very quickly. communication

A Gem next to the Fairgrounds!

Our family was in town for the National Junior Simmental Cattle show held at the Fairgrounds. This property was a convenient 5 minutes from the fairgrounds. It was a cozy two bedroom with just enough space for our family of 5. We loved that it was so close to Walgreens & Aldi’s. Clean, Convenient & Cozy! If we are ever in the area again we would definitely book again. The Property owners weee quick to respond and gave us great information prior to our visit!

We loved this property!

We loved staying at this property! My sister and I brought our young children to Des Moines for a short getaway while they were on fall break. The house was very clean and Zac was very friendly and easy to communicate with. His instructions were easy to follow. I would recommend this property to anyone heading to Des Moines for a fun getaway!

Beautiful, Clean, Easy Weekend Stay!

Cannot express how surprised we were at the service of this rental! The hosts were timely in their responses and communicated efficiently to deliver an amazing experience for us. The home was beautifully decorated, cleaned deeply, stocked with everything we could ever need. We had everything to make meals, sleep comfortably, and relax peacefully! The best experience we have ever had with a rental home and the only experience we want to have going forward!

State Fair

House was amazing! Perfect for the 5 of us that went to see Carrie Underwood. Entering the house was a breeze, getting settled we did in comfort, everything was easy to find, beds were comfy and all splept well. Recommended to to the highest degree! Thank you Zac and Kaylee!!!!

Excellent All-Around

Zac & Kaylee were awesome. Communication was very clear and all directions were easy to follow. Allowed for easy access in & out. The house was also great. Comfortable and very clean. No complaints and would definitely recommend to anyone. Convenient location quick Uber to the downtown area of Des Moines.
