Welcome to premium accommodations and added details designed to provide comfort and elegance to your vacation. This is a private residence (no shared indoor or outdoor spaces) and includes a huge double carport and driveway for parking. This listing is for a completely renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located on the extremely popular east side of Tucson and is situated in a quiet community near shopping, restaurants, and the world renowned Saguaro National Forest with biking and hiking trails.
Introducing the newly completed outdoor living experience which includes a brick patio, lush plants and flowers and a beautiful 12 x 12 ramada.
This home features large common living spaces with an open concept and ample seating in the living room and a huge dining room table.
The living room has a 65 inch TV and includes: Paramount Plus, Disney+, Netflix, Plex, ESPN+, Hulu, and many more channels and high speed internet. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and features an eat-in breakfast bar and a coffee station. The kitchen has all new appliances, quartz countertops, and tile galore. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!
The bathrooms are completely updated and stylish.
The bedrooms feature king beds and beautiful custom features. Too many to mention. Each bedroom has large windows with mountain views, blackout shades, and designer draperies. Each bedroom comes with beautiful area rugs and plush carpet. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of space for luggage and hanging clothes and dressers for folded clothes.
The outdoor spaces offer a huge private covered and shaded patio. The patio has a seating area, a large teak table with plenty of seating, area rug, bar-b-que grill, and a very comfortable and cozy porch swing. My favorite outdoor spot! Also, there is a large private (fenced and shaded) side yard with lots of flowers and plants and as an added surprise...a lemon tree. Very nice bonus space.

Two brothers with wives to see some sights in Tucson

Clean and quite, good neighborhood. Two nice bedroom with good mattresses. Good kitchen. Good TV, very nice outdoor sitting area. In short, everything we needed was provided for.

Hikers’ Paradise

This was probably the most comfortable VRBO property that we’ve ever rented. The patio area is exceptional too. Very well situated for those planning on spending time in Saguaro National Park.

Lovely, comfortable stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely, updated home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed for cooking and we liked how close we were to shopping and restaurants.

East Tucson condo

This condo was very clean and furnished well. The location worked well for us for sightseeing. A couple of small issues arose, but the owner immediately took care of them. We would highly recommend staying here.

Spacious home

The home has many positive attributes like plenty of space, especially in the common areas. Most of it looked updated. The outdoor living space was amazing, we spent much of our time there. The location was perfect for us as we were off hiking in Saguaro East or Sabino Canyon most days. Over all, a very good choice for us and we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great stay great communication

Had a wonderful stay at Valerie's place in Tucson - it was clean and had everything my family of 4 needed. I had messaged Valerie prior to the stay to ask if she happened to have a high chair for our infant or a pack and play and to our delight she said yes to both...and she also had toys for both of our kids to play with. All in all great stay and will stay there again if we go back to Tucson!

This property is excellent. The check in process was easy and the property owner, Valerie, is great to work with, accommodating, and had a quick response time with any questions we had. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The relaxing back porch with the picnic table and porch swing was our favorite spot. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here in the future.

Fabulous summarizes this rental. The house was in a perfect location - close to stores as well as hiking trails. The amount of room that it provided was ideal. The backyard patio was a very relaxing area to sit, enjoy the weather and read. Great experience in Tucson

This property was excellent. It was spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The outdoor space was so nice! We had a small issue with the hot water. It was resolved within 30 minutes of contacting the owner. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would stay here again!

Graduation Season

We were in Tucson for my daughter's graduation from U of A and had zero desire to stay in an overpriced hotel. We opted for VRBO and are so happy! We Loved this property! Very clean, homey and perfect for my husband, my son and myself. Loved the outside patio. We had coffee and read in the mornings...and relaxed before grad activities. The property owner was wonderful and gracious.
