Welcome to our luxury APEX community townhome, located on the private Apex ski run & next to Red Pine Gondola & Sunrise lift with Private Hot Tub in the Canyons Resort. Ski in/out and walk to the Resort Village from your spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 3,000 sq. ft. vacation home that sleeps 10 in beds, (plus 2 more on the sofa sleeper).
Our modern and luxurious home offers everything you could possibly desire in a vacation getaway, with amenities for everyone in your family, as well as various areas to relax, escape or even work...if you must! The new APEX complex is without question, the most luxurious option available in the Canyons Resort, having been newly constructed to the highest standard in fall/winter 2019-2020. With its choice location, only 30 minutes from the SLC airport, and a quick 10 minute drive to the center of Old Town, Harmony Lodge is the perfect launching pad to enjoy all that Park City Resort has to offer.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast prepared in our fully stocked kitchen, and take a seat at the 10 person dining table (with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar). Watch the sunrise over the Uinta mountains, or marvel at The Canyons famous ski runs in the winter, and the green mountains covered in wildflowers in the summer. You can hop on the dedicated Apex ski run, and ski to the Red Pine Gondola. On your way back in, you ski down the Retreat Ski Run (an easy blue/green run) and right to the top floor of our building. Canyons Village is at the base of the Red Pine Gondola, and this is where you can purchase lift tickets, rent skis, meet up for a lesson, shop for ski clothes, drop the kids off at the ski school, or dine at several different restaurants.
During the Summer months, the hiking is endless, and the resort offers lifts for bikers to the top of the mountain, with trails for every level. The summer concert series offers frequent concerts, with great musical acts performing on the Village lawn, a 4 minute walk. The Park City Resort side sets up a play land of sorts during the summer, with alpine slides, trampolines, a zip-line and more.
Back at home, relax in your beautifully decorated, luxurious mountain retreat. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, BBQ a meal on the deck or cook dinner in the fully stocked chef's kitchen, warm-up by one of three gas fireplaces (Master, Family or Living Room) with some hot cocoa or a cocktail, play a game of chess or backgammon, and cap the evening off by relaxing to a movie on the big screen. The entire audio/video system in the house is brand new. It includes Alexa voice control, Polk Command sound-bars, smart thermostats, automated blinds and a keyless door entry. Each bedroom has a TV, the master and guest have 55” smart TV’s and Living and Family rooms have huge 65” and 75” Smart TV’s. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video...are all easily accessible.
As added luxuries, each bedroom offers great beds, quality linens, down bedding and pillows, and plenty of closet and/or drawer space. The King Master and King Guest Bedroom (a 2nd master) both have double vanities, and beautiful glass enclosed showers. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, and its own lovely bath, and the bunk room that sleeps 4, has its own tub/shower combo bathroom.

TRANSPORTATION: The CVMA shuttle, (Canyons Resort Free Shuttle), is available to you from 7 AM to 10 PM during the winter (ski and snowboard season), at no charge. It will take you anywhere in the Canyons Village. Simply download the ‘Canyons Village Connect” app. Create an account, and then you can request complimentary rides.
LOCAL MANAGER: Our local manager is available during your stay. He will arrange to meet you at the property to give you the door code and the keys and to show you how everything works OR he will give you the code to the front door.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund less a 3% service fee, if you cancel for any reason at least 60 days in advance of check-in. If you cancel LESS than 60-DAYS in advance of check-in AND WE ARE ABLE to RE-RENT your dates, you will receive a prorated refund. There is no refund If we are unable to re-rent your dates.
