During busy times there are Blackout Dates for parking, this means we are only allowed to give out 1 pass per condo. This is the HOA policy. Blackout Dates are May 26 - 29, June 11 - July 30, September 1-4, October 14-16.

Seychelles is adjacent to 'Schooners', the Last 'Local' Beachclub/Restaurant in PC Beach - Good food and great music! Resort is convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling and other area attractions.

PETS: Seychelles is not a pet friendly resort. Additionally the owner of this condo has severe allergies further restricting the allowance of pets. If you have a service animal we would kindly request that you reach out to us to inquire about our many other properties that can accommodate you and your service animal.

If you enjoy cooking, Publix and Winn-Dixie stores are only 1 mile away. A 5-minute short walk on the beach will lead you to St Andrews State Park.

FABULOUS VACAY

Stunning views of the beach and for miles off-shore. Stunning views of the city and waterways inland. Will stay here again. The condo was very clean and had all the little details like handsoap, papertowels and a dishcloth. The 3rd bedroom could use a fan. The elevators are so fast that we never waited to get to the 21st floor. There were plenty of valet carts to get our luggage and fishing gear from the condo to the parking garage via the 3rd floor walkover. Great food at Taylor's for breakfast and numerous seafood restaurants for dinner. Miles of beach walks. St Andrews pier is a 15 minute walk east on the beach or a 3 minute drive. St Andrews state park has beach wheelchairs including ones that float to go in the water. Sunrise and sunsets were absolutely incredible colors. Beach Powered Mobility delivered a powered beach wheelchair to the condo (stored in the parking garage). Raising Tail fishing charter was a great experience too. .

Clean and View was Amazing!

Absolutely loved the view and will gladly stay in this same Condo again, there was plenty of cook wear and was also happy to see beach chairs and things for the beach like a wagon, and an ice chest!

Very dirty

The vent in master bath does not work. The ceiling around it is black. There is black mold in the master shower. The drain was full of hair when we arrived. The microwave was black inside. I can send you pictures of all of this if you would like.

Great Vacation

The view at the property is amazing! It was big spacious and nicely decorated and organized. It was close to great places to eat St Andrews park and Schooners restaurant. The staff was friendly and we had a wonderful vacation! The only thing that was a bit of a bummer is that the hot tub on the property outside was not working, but one of the pools was heated so we still had fun swimming! We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

We loved this condo and the fact that it was a corner unit with an amazing view. Everything was very clean and nice. It had comfortable beds with nice linens. The only thing it could use is new/ better cookware and more utensils and knives. We enjoyed our stay and would like to book it again for our next trip if available.

As advertised!

This condo was exactly how it was listed. The corner unit balcony was a hit during our stay. Plenty of room for our big family. My only criticism would be for updated cookware and a better broom to keep the floors sand free. With that said, we would love to come back again!

We loved our stay. In a great location that’s quieter than the busy section. Great condo with fantastic views. Would come again. Only downfall is only one parking pass so when you have a group of 8 staying you need to find alternate parking lots which can add up $$

Great family vacation!

The condo has a great view of the sunset or sunrise. Price was fair for this 3 bedroom 2 bath. Only negitives was the blinds in the master bedroom need replaced and guest bath took a long time to drain. Overall though this is a great condo!

Nice property at Seychelles. We’ve stayed at Seychelles several times. Only issue noted was with the elevator, which the condo owner has nothing to do with. Otherwise perfectly good stay.

Perfect condo

My husband, 13 year old son, mother, and myself enjoyed this condo immensely. Very spacious, nice furniture. The balcony is huge and has wonderful views. There was a selection of beach accessories in the closet (floats, noodles, etc). We’ve stayed at Seychelle’s many times, but never in a corner condo. I think that will be the only way we book going forward. One thing to note if you’re staying here- the photos show only a pot style coffee maker. When we brought groceries down we had to buy a bag of coffee as all of us only use keurigs at home. Once we arrived to the condo, we noticed the coffee maker that was on the counter is not the same one in photos- it does in fact use pods. So if you’re like us, no need to make a special trip to buy a bag of ground coffee and filters (though if you want to make a pot of coffee it’s worth noting the coffee maker uses #4 style filters).

Fantastic condo in a great location

What a great condo! The views from the 21st floor and the wrap-around balcony were fantastic. Inside, we had absolutely no issues and everything was as listed. Parking passes, wristbands for the complex, and laminated instructions were laid out and ready for us. This condo is located outside Panama City Beach proper, so even though we were there during the height of Spring Break, we experienced no problems or rowdiness. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops were all nearby. There was a little bit of lingering damage from a tornado that came right next to the condo a couple months prior, so the walkway to access the beach directly from the condo was still being repaired and was out-of-use, but we didn't mind walking a half block to an open beach access point.

Total Relaxation

View, location, space, amenities, cleanliness, beds and furnishings all superb. Visiting in November was wonderful on 2 counts, perfect weather and no traffic problems. Our only concern was that there were no parking passes in the unit. I contacted the management company who responded quickly to my concern but were unable to locate the passes. Fortunately our vehicles were not towed from the parking garage. We look forward to enjoying this unit again.

Family Vacation to PCB

In summary, I have found with another condo that we rented back in 2021 through VRBO that the unit was dirty and smelled. The furniture was very uncomfortable and having leather like material in Florida is not a good idea and it was well worn. The vacuum in the unit did not work, I found out when I was trying to clean the fan in the bathroom that was filthy. One sink in the master bath would not drain very quickly and the use of the queen bunk beds was ridiculous considering the size of the room. You could not even open the closet door all the way because of them and that was were the only place to store clothing was. We did not go to PCB to enjoy the condo but at least we would have liked to have stayed someplace we felt like we could go barefoot in. I would not recommend this to anyone.
