The Oceanside Villas are each 1000 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies. Free Wireless Internet is also available. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves. The private fishing pier and laundry facilities (coin operated machines) are located across Ocean Blvd. at Sea Cabin Villas. Guests also are conveniently located near the Isle of Palms County Park (this is also the only lifeguarded area on the island) offers guests a playground for children. Oceanside Villas are within walking distance to grocery store, souvenir shops and restaurants.

The Oceanside Villas share a Community Pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd. which is a great location to be within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shop, great entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

Bed Layout:
Master Bedroom has a Queen bed with flat screen TV.
Bedroom #2 has two Twin beds.
There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

This condo also rents monthly in the winter!! Please contact us if interested.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This condo is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Family Getaway

This property just works for us. It is very close in proximity to the beach, and easy to get to any touristy location we want to see. It's an affordable option if you are not looking to spend the entrie time in the condo.

Short stay/ nice beach access/ dated unit

Unit is nicely situated to the beach. Very dated though, AC seemed to struggle, porch and table/chairs were in disrepair and unusable. Patio door broken. Check in and out was very easy. I would stay with the rental company again but do not recommend this unit.

Great location

Location was fantastic and place was very clean. Would stay again, however would suggest bringing pillows from home. They only have 4 very flat bed pillows and property states it sleeps 6. Only other issue is we had two cars ( from different states) and were told we only get one parking pass- not the end of the world but would have good to know in advance . Property management was super nice and easy to work with- we had an issue with door not locking and they had it fixed within the hour .

Great location, very tired unit

The location of the place is wonderful, but it gives the vibe of a 1970’s condo. Room was not ready at 4. Not the housekeepers fault as they were slammed, but we got rhere after 4 and had to wait. Bought groceries and then found that the oven did not work. Since we did not want to have to mess with this during our time there, we just ate the cost of the groceries we were not able to use. The furniture in the bedrooms was so old half of the drawers don’t open very well. Overall, the location and layout of the place are fantastic, but the place could really use some upgrades…

Keep searching- there’s better options out there!

We chose this rental based on the location and because the price looked good. As soon as we booked we realized that the refund policy didn’t even cover hurricanes. So if the entire island was evacuated we wouldn’t have gotten our money back. That’s should’ve been the first hint this wasn’t a good deal. When we checked in the closet door literally fell over onto my husband and we couldn’t re attach it. We called and they said they would send someone to fix it but never did. The screen door on the porch was also off the tracks. The place is extremely dated and not kept up. The shower didn’t drain when showering (so gross) and there were bugs in the main bedroom bath. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall this place needs updating before being rented out. The location was good so I will give it that but I wish we had kept looking and spent more for a more comfortable and clean place.

Memorial weekend visit

Not surprising very busy lots of traffic at this time. The place was very close to the beach and many restaraunts and stores are within walking distance so there is no need to be driving.

We were quite disappointed by this place. It was old, smelly and dirty- similar to a shabby motel by the road. The only good thing was the relative proximity to the beach. I would not recommend a friend to stay there.

Great place; great location

Yes this place is older but everything is clean and the perfect location right across from the beach. The best thing for this rental was plenty of bath towels. Sometimes you only get one but for each of us we had 3 full sets for each night we stayed.

Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount.
