Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry via digital keypad, and step into the spacious light-drenched living room with its soaring ceiling. Relax on ultra-comfy seating and use your own log-ins to watch all your favorite shows and sports on the 60” Samsung smart TV with access to streaming services, such as Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Netflix.

Prep and cook delicious meals in the large, well-equipped kitchen, featuring a coffeemaker, toaster, gas stove with griddle, along with refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll appreciate the expansive counter space during meal prep with added bar stools.

Chill out on the benches, or swing, located in the courtyard patio. Grill your favorites on the gas grill or enjoy a nice evening with by the outdoor fire place.

After a day of enjoying all the attractions the area has to offer, choose from the 2 comfortable bedrooms or a cozy semi-private loft. Primary bedroom is equipped with a KING size bed. You’ll find a 55” Samsung smart TVs, ceiling fans, storage options, and ensuite bathroom with shower in the primary bedroom.

Refresh and rejuvenate in the full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

You’ll love the convenience of the washer-dryer.

I simply ask that you leave things in an orderly manner. I want to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible and this includes not worrying about doing any extra check out "chores" ;)
- Remember to log out of any Netflix or Hulu accounts.
- Please make sure all trash is placed in designated trash cans.

First time renting a home

This house was absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t have been a better stay, from checking in to checking out. Lots of fun things to do not far from downtown. We really enjoyed staying here, the communication to the property manager was very easy, responses quickly. Definitely 5 stars and would say again!

Beautiful House and a Comfortable Stay

This house is lovely and perfect. The online listing was accurate, and we loved staying here for our son's karate tournament. The location was perfect for us for where we needed to be. Communication was great!

A wedding weekend.

This house is wonderful! It has been totally updated and is perfect for two couples as there are two beautiful bedrooms with adjoining and wonderfully outfitted bathrooms. The linens are of good quality and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the living area is welcoming! The neighborhood is very quiet and the outside courtyard is very private. David, our host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check in and Check out could not have been easier! I'd give this place and our stay - a 5 Star rating!

Great spot for 10 days out of our house

Needed a place to stay while having some repairs done at home and this place was perfect. All the amenities you could want. My sons especially loved the complimentary bath bombs and loft bedroom. Was easy to get in and out with the key pad and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay away from home.

A Stylish and Very Comfortable Property in a Quiet Neighborhood

This property exceeded my expectations! We could see from the pictures the home was nicely outfitted and were not disappointed. Our family stayed for four nights in May, and we really enjoyed this property. We cooked meals and celebrated a birthday and graduation. The two bedrooms and loft were perfect for our family gathering. The linens were nice and the towels abundant. We enjoyed the soaking tub and the rain shower as well. Communication with our host was easy and clear. The home was clean, and the fenced yard enhanced the feeling of privacy. The many large windows make the home nice and bright. Conveniently located near UTD, I would highly recommend this home. Thank you to our lovely host! We’ll be sure to book again if we are in the area.

Luxury Stay in North Dallas!

We loved our time at David's rental. We live 3 miles away but we were having our house renovated and had to stay for about 20 days. It felt like having a staycation! Amazing amenities with rain showers and modern appliances. Fully stocked with everything you need for a long or short term stay. The privacy was my favorite part, the fences are super tall and make you feel like you're in an oasis. We loved cooking in the nice kitchen. David was sooo attentive and quickly answered if we ever needed anything. Would highly recommend!
