An expansive, upper-level deck with shaded seating is perfect for soaking in sunrises and sunsets, birdwatching, yoga, sunbathing, and family-style meals. Take your plates downstairs for shaded dining at the banquet-style picnic table on the covered patio. Burn off some calories with a few rounds of cornhole in the lush, fully-enclosed lawn. Take the action to the beach using the beach cart and cooler to set up chairs and umbrella time!

No need to wait until five o'clock - the bar is always open here! Cool off after soaking up the sun with your favorite beverage at the custom wet bar. Featuring hand-painted lazy parrot murals and a full-serving galley equipped with a sink, cutting boards, and mixing/blending utensils, you'll find all the ingredients needed to inspire the perfect tropical drink. Relax at the bar (with seating for four) and flip on the wall-mounted smart TV for added entertainment. A half-bath is located behind the bar for ground-level convenience.

The single-level interior features a spacious layout and elegant, modern finishes throughout. The open floor plan boasts a fully updated kitchen, dining area, and living room. Modern essentials include central AC, a backup generator, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer, all ensuring a worry-free stay!

Featuring a beautiful, custom backsplash, the island kitchen comes fully equipped with sleek, stainless steel appliances - including a five-burner gas range, dishwasher, and wine fridge. Add plenty of utensils, counters, and cabinet space and you've got the makings for culinary magic. Add your touch to favorite coastal meals featuring seasonal local seafood or, if you're lucky, your own fresh catch! Impress your guests with an aperitif mixed-up at the mini-bar station (equipped with an ice maker and blender). The dining table comfortably seats up to six with two at the
counter.

Lounge in the plush sofas or kick back in the recliners while enjoying some casual downtime with family and friends in the living room. A puzzle table and game cabinet provide the chance

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
