does not sleep 4

as a VRBO client, it is my understanding that an air mattress does not qualify as sleeping 2 people. This unit has one queen bed and a blow up mattress in the closet for the customer to assemble. Questionable at best to advertise it sleeps 4. In addition, there was no hot water for showering, the water temperature was luke warm. We notified the owner and the problem was never resolved.

Oceanside Condo

Our stay at this unit in the Marina Del Mar condo complex was wonderful! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our Oceanside visit. We loved the marina view and the location was excellent for beach access, shops and restaurants nearby.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay - Highly Recommended

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-furnished the condo was. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What truly set this stay apart from previous ones was the seamless check-in and check-out process. Using a locker with keys was an ingenious idea, making it incredibly convenient and stress-free. No more waiting around or dealing with complicated procedures! A big thank you to Joseph for providing such a fantastic place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

My wife and I stayed at the condo to visit our son, a Marine at Camp Pendleton. The condo was very convenient to the base and was in such a picturesque location. the harbor and it's eclectic choices for dining were perfect for us. The beach and pool were amazing as well. The owner was prompt and courteous answering questions and we will certainly return n the future

Great location and cleanliness!

Staying here was a great experience and the perfect place for our small group. From the time we checked in and walked into the place we knew we chose the right place. The place was very clean and organized, and all the appliances I needed were already there! The location was great for the days at the beach and the pool and outdoor seating was a great bonus to being so close to the beach. Overall the checkin process was simple and the owner was responsive to any questions I had. If I could say anything to future renters is to bring a case of water for your stay, there is no filtered water to drink. All in all I will definitely be back and highly recommend this spot for a small group getaway!

Great place great location

Loved that we were on the end it gave us more airflow to have the windows open and the breeze come in. It was nice being by the stairs and close to the pool. The condo had everything we needed. Perfect for my family of 4. The Wi-Fi was a little slow and spotty but still worked ok. Overall loved the stay and would stay again! :)

Nightcap overlooking the harbor

No matter how late we were out, we were drawn to the porch to just sit and watch the lights reflect off the water and boats in the harbor. So beautiful, quiet and peaceful! Our time was memorable being in such a nice place. Just right for the three of us. It was bigger than I thought it would be. Very comfortable. We used and enjoyed all the amenities. (Actually we didn’t make it to the pool, but saw others enjoying it.) When needed, Joseph quickly responded. We made it our home for the week! Thank you, Joseph, for sharing such a nice place.

Great Place to Stay!

Property was as described and clean upon arrival. Amenities were great and kids enjoyed the heated pool and spa. On-site washer and dryer made it very convenient for washing and drying clothes without having to take them elsewhere and was affordable. Property owner was very kind and prompt in his responses. Great view of the harbor and condo was just a few steps from the beach which made it great, especially with young kids. Free covered and gated parking was also a great perk. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring break family trip

We loved this condo! It was perfect for my family of 4 including my two kids ages 6 year old and 18 month old. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The location is also amazing. Walking to the beach and marina shops and restaurants was so fun. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated during our stay and was extremely cold. My kids were really disappointed not being able to swim. They were doing some repairs on it to get the heat working but it never warmed up during our 4 days stay. Overall, highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

Oceanside condo

Very nice place on the harbor. The grounds are very well kept, pool area very clean and relaxing. Condo was clean and perfect for 2 people, any more would be crowded. Bed comfortable and condo was well stocked with everything you need. The only downside was that there was someone in the condo above us who was VERY noisy whenever he was there. The ceiling must not be very well insulated, you can hear everything above you. Besides that, it was a wonderful place.
