Sun Kissed is a beautiful, recently updated two-story beach villa located in the Crystal Beach resort community that will warm you from the inside out! The villa’s sunbaked exterior with white accents and teal, beachy furniture captures the Emerald Coast’s vibes right away. This is a happy place.

The home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out! Inside, the home is tastefully decorated with elegant wood furniture that is as stylish as it is comfortable. The dining table seats 8 while 2 can sit at the kitchen’s counter bar. The space is intimate, which allows for moments of privacy. A beautiful master with king bed is on the 1st floor. The en suite has been updated with a walk-in tile shower and walk-in closet.

Sun Kissed villa’s second floor has a charming loft/second living area with a sleeper sofa, surround-sound TV, and covered balcony access. The second master is on this floor. It has a king and a private full bath. The third bedroom features a queen bed and balcony access. The fourth bedroom has a queen. A shared full bathroom is accessible in the hallway.

For your convenience, all bedrooms have plasma TVs…great for winding down at night; though, during the day, you’ll no doubt want to spend your time basking in the sun (getting a glow to match your “Sun Kissed” villa!). The Emerald Coast beach is mere blocks away and an even shorter distance by trolley ride during peak season. Meanwhile, the stunning lagoon-style Crystal Beach community pool is practically just outside your door! You’ll love the luxurious hot tub, waterfall, surround sound music, and tiki lounge area.

Just across the street, for those non-beach days, you won’t be able to get enough dining and shopping at the Destin Commons. Destin, Florida has so much to offer.
