Nestled on a wooded knoll of poplar trees at the headwaters of Saltworks Creek is a private retreat with outdoor spaces for reconnecting with nature and entertaining outdoors. With multiple porches, decks and patios, you will get a 360 degree vantage point of the forest canopy. Wooded trails around the property allow for exploration and wildlife spotting. Enjoy listening to the freshwater waterfall and circulating stream from a custom crafted zen sanctuary while sitting under the shade in Adirondack chairs. Relax in an outdoor two-person hot tub on a forest platform beneath a magnificent poplar tree that allows you to watch the happenings of the woodpeckers at work and barn owls nesting. Enjoy an evening on the private forested patio with gas grill, cozy chairs and fire pit accessible from a walkout basement. Entertain young children with tree swings, hang bars, slide, rock wall, and sandbox around the property.

For water sports enthusiasts, a short walk to the community marina, where you can use the stand-up paddle board to explore Saltworks Creek and the Severn River. Swim or wade on hot days using the community beach area and swim platform walking distance from the house. (Prior approval and liability waiver required for use of paddleboard and moorings.)

The interior features three separate living spaces with a main floor living room, a lower-level rec room and an upstairs bonus room, complete with a turntable and vinyl records for your listening pleasure!
