This single-story private home boasts a unique location like no other! Located in a gem of an area away from the major noise and traffic, you will be one block to Safari Boat Ramp at the lagoon, three blocks to some of the world's most beautiful beaches, and only five blocks to Rick Seltzer Park. Dining and shopping options are also just a stone's throw; walk to FINNS Island Style Grub restaurant, Mr. Surfs, and the Waffle House. Beach access #13 to the Gulf of Mexico is located three blocks south on the other side of Thomas Drive.
This private house comes equipped with everything you need for an incredible vacation with kids, including beach toys, one additional toddler bed, and one additional roll-away baby crib. Prepare memorable meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, gas range, and a dishwasher. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living/entertaining room and the kitchen. The living room boasts a Smart TV with an Amazon Fire TV Stick (guests must connect to apps through their own accounts). There's also a Nintendo Wii with four remotes on hand if you feel like gaming. When it comes to laundry, there is no need to worry! This home has an on-site washer/dryer. There are three private bedrooms, one being a primary bedroom with an en suite full bathroom.
This home is equipped with an EV Level 2 charger with captive plug for both NACS and J1772 vehicles, accommodating all major North American EVs, charging up to 48 amps continuously.

In the garage, there is a beach wagon with various beach and other outdoor toys and accessories. Please return them to the garage when finished.

This home is equipped with 9 active, exterior security cameras monitoring the entry and each corner of the property. No in-home recording/monitoring.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Home also has security cameras at entry door and on every corner of unit totaling 9 cameras.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
