St Simons Rentals is proud to present Eden on East Cottage. This charming East Beach Cottage is located just steps from the most beautiful part of the Saint Simons Beach. This spacious home offers a private salt water pool, screened rear porch and a large front porch complete with rocking chairs. The spacious living and dining area opens to the screened porch which overlooks the pool. Beach access is just 200 yard from the cottage.

On the first floor you will find the first guest bedroom situated with a large King bed, full bath with a tub/shower combo. Also located on the first floor is a fully stocked kitchen, living area, dining area, washer and dryer room and a half bath.

Up the stairs to the second level you will find the second guest room that is great for the kids and has 2 full size beds. This room has a full bath with a tub/ shower combo. Just across the hallway you will find the third guest room with king bed and full bath with tub/ shower combo. Just down the hallway you will find the roomy master complete with king bed, sitting area, full bath with walk in shower and large jetted tub.

Located across the pool area/ backyard is the nicely decorated two story pool house. There is an outside staircase to the fourth guest room. There you will find yet another king bed, bath and walk in shower. The first floor of the pool house features a second refrigerator and sitting area. This home is sure to be a favorite for your family for years to come.

Pool may be heated for an additional $60/day.

Annual Girls Weekend

We really enjoyed the home and the large sitting and eating areas. The kids loved the pool and the closeness to the beach. We walked there in the mornings and enjoyed shopping in the village and also dining out! It was a great stay and we hope to do it every year!

Relaxing Weekend

The house and area was just as described. Very clean and comfortable for two family’s. The pool was a great hangout spot. The property manager - Carol, was very responsive and great to work with. Just a five minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was just as advertised. We had a little “hiccup” with the air conditioning; in this extremely hot weather it took a little while to cool the house off. But once it did, it was great. The under-the-counter ice maker only put out a couple of cups of ice per day but the ‘fridge ice maker worked great. Any issue we had was addressed and was resolved in a very timely manner. My grown children and grandchildren had a great time. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday on the beach

This was an excellent choice. The pool was certainly the gathering space for all. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated the ice machine. Only a 5 minute walk to a great beach We particularly enjoyed walking during ther Golden hour before sunset when the sun isn't intense.

We enjoy riding bikes, eating great seafood, kayaking and relaxing on the beach. The golf courses are beautiful. We have many wonderful memories with our family and friends on St Simons Island and we hope that you will come again and again and create your own memories.
