RIVER CABIN - FISHING. KAYAKING. FIRE PIT. OUTDOOR SHOWER

Escape to this gorgeous brand new cabin 2 BR, 1 sofa bed (queens) 2 attached baths nestled on 97 acres RIVERFRONT on the Clinch River surrounded by the East TN Mountains.

Sip hot coffee early morning sitting on the full length porch while listening to the sounds of nature wake or stargazing at night.

Cook breakfast in the beautiful fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets and all new stainless appliances.

Enjoy the wide variety of coffee and teas from the coffee bar.

Spend the day exploring the beautiful grounds. Lay in the sun, splash around in the water or fish off the banks of the private beach like area.

Shower in the new outdoor stone shower after a hot day outside or take a romantic shower in the evening under the stars.

You are welcome to bring your kayak or canoe and spend the day floating the river. We have 2 great places to put in!

Spend the evening grilling out on a new gas grill and relaxing at the fire pit under the stars.

Come with plans to do nothing but relax or venture out to the surrounding areas and go shopping, antiquing, golfing, rent a boat on Cherokee or Norris Lake, fishing or hiking. Go visit beautiful Cumberland Gap and the Appalachian trails. Spend the day at the world famous Dollywood in Gatlinburg, Soaky mountain in Sevierville or shop the outlet malls in Pigeon Forge.

If your children have never experienced the wonder of collecting chicken eggs from a coop or hand feeding chickens you are welcome to walk them down and let them see what country life feels like. We will be glad to share fresh farm eggs with you!

The property is very secluded with minimal traffic. No city lights and sounds. You will hear the church bell ring across the river on Sunday mornings. Go back to the simpler days.

Hiking Trip

The cabin was great! It was clean, exactly as described, check-in/out instructions were clear and the location was peaceful. The road in is a bit rugged, but it's nothing that my front wheel drive sedan couldn't handle--I just wouldn't attempt it in a small rear wheel drive sports car.

Owner was not friendly

The owner was not friendly and was very un professional with the way she handled things during our stay. Not only when we arrived did she come out running and yelling at us, but she also then tells us there’s too many people with us yet we had 6… we asked out of respect to have a cookout there which the listing does not state you can’t do. And she declined our request. After paying as much as we did to stay there we couldn’t do anything but eat and sleep there. It was awful!! Walking on egg shells the whole stay. As well as we had to move not one but two trees off the road to get to the cabin when we arrived. The listing does not state that she is in the front yard of the property. Nor that you can’t have gatherings there while you stay. Typically what you do when you come in on vacation or come to town to visit family.

Great and relaxing weekend

Far enough away to get away from technology if you want to be away from it. Close enough to civilization just in case you need something. Fire pit and outdoor shower was a hit with my family also. Definitely would stay again and again.

Beautiful property right on the river. Alisha was a dream hostess! She makes sure you feel like a guest in her home, not just a renter. Definitely on our list of places to visit again.

Wonderful relaxing stay

One of the best VRBO stays we have had. Very nice and probably the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. The kids enjoyed playing in the river. Wish I would have brought fishing gear. Enjoyed exploring Cumberland Gap and kayaking with Shelly Belle’s in Tazewell. It is a ways out of town so make sure you have everything you need, but the cabin is very well stocked. The gravel road takes some getting used to if you are from the flat lands like us. Will definitely return if we are in the area!

Great!

My husband and I were looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle and we certainly found it with this beautiful cabin. This cabin truly felt like home, was decorated beautifully and had a more than well stocked kitchen with lots of basic ingredients that you may need to whip anything up, which is great because you are pretty far from anything if you wanted to go out to eat. The view of the mountain and river are gorgeous and it’s so peaceful to sit on the porch or walk down the hill to see the river. We enjoyed our stay and Alisha was very hospitable which goes a long way in our book.

Clinch River Cabin

This undoubtedly one if not the cleanest cabin we have stayed in. Talk about Peace and Quiet, abundance of both. If you are tired of traffic jams, Crowds, noise, and rude folk you need to book this cabin. Our interaction with Alesha was very limited buy Rusty was very cordial and friendly. He is a very hard worker who took time during his busy work schedule to stop and talk with us. We so enjoyed the quietness with only the sounds of nature and seeing the beautiful scenery. A great place to walk if you enjoy walking. I am positive we will return for future stays. Thank you Rusty and Alisha for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Amazing hosts and property

The view, the hosts, the everything amazing. Can't say enough about the host. Rusty and Alisha was great and very helpful. Very nice and real. Brought us all the fire wood we needed for exterior fire.ade sure all items where there and more. If you looking for country piece tranquility this is the spot. Fishing the clinch river banks was awesome. Caught lots of fish off the banks. All the discriptions they listed sounded to good to be true, but guess what?? It's true. We will be back... Take a shower outside at night.. thanks for the hospitality and the stay.

Great place to stay!

The cabin was clean and quiet. Loved being able to be near the river and the deck was great for coffee in the mornings and reading in the evenings while watching the river and animals. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

BEAUTIFUL doesn't even describe this cabin! The scene looking out from the front porch is gorgeous with a river flowing in front of you and mountains in the background. The cabin is new, very clean and rustic to what I expected a cabin to feel like. If you want to disconnect for a relaxing, peaceful and quite time, this is your property to stay at!! You might think you have reached the end of the world getting there, but I can tell you it is MORE than worth it!! The cabin owners are an amazing couple and wonderful to visit with! I know I WILL be going back to this cabin!!

We are surrounded by gorgeous mountains while sitting (3/4 mile riverfront) in a perfectly remote area that is off the beaten path.

There is nothing like sitting on the covered porch, drinking a cup of coffee and listening to the early morning sounds of nature wake or star gazing at night.

Come and plan to do nothing but just relax or venture out to the surrounding areas and go shopping, antiquing, golfing, rent a boat on Cherokee or Norris Lake, fishing , kayaking or hiking. Visit beautiful Cumberland Gap and the Appalachian Trails. Spend the day at World Famous Dollywood or Splash Country or shop the outlet malls.
