Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home.

This open-concept, duplex suite highlights over 1,300 sq. feet and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. This home features a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 Queen beds and 1 King bed.

Bedroom 1 - The serene master bedroom is upstairs. It features a plush king-sized bed, nightstands, large TV, and a large closet for your belongings. Kick your feet up in the massage recliner or relax and read a book in the boho chair, the unique accents around the room make this master feel truly tranquil.

Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom is upstairs. With a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a bench, luggage rack, and plenty of space for your belongings, this second bedroom is stylish and inviting. Black out curtains allow for total darkness and a great night's sleep.

Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom is downstairs. It includes a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a closet.

You’ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home with shower/tub combos. They feature bright lighting, large mirrors, hotel grade towels, and all the bathroom essentials, like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There is ample parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles and 2 more vehicles can park on the street. Some patio furniture will be put into storage for the winter months.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
