Congo Breeze was built to be a luxury vacation rental and you will sense it instantly upon walking into the front door. The common area is huge and has a bar area, pool table, and a new 75 inch wall-mounted Smart TV with premium sound. The common area has 90 degree sliding doors that open up completely and make the outdoor lanai area feel like an extension of the home. The surround sound system plays music through the common areas of the home and lanai.

Amazing, high ceilings throughout the home make it feel much larger than 3000 square feet. Note all the tray ceilings! The home has hard flooring throughout (no carpet) and we do not allow pets, so it is very allergy-friendly.

Dedicated work space in the master suite including an external monitor with HDMI cable to connect to most laptops.

The lanai contains a gorgeous, large saltwater pool with a sun shelf that you can move a chair into to relax with your feet in the water and a book or drink in your hand. The pool also has a built-in table with seating which is perfect for drinks, card games, or both. We even provide a few waterproof decks of cards (and UNO and Spot-it) to help you get the most out of the table in the pool. Please note that we have a child safety fence for your use around the pool if desired. The lanai area also features a spa and heated outdoor shower! The lanai also includes bar stools by a window that opens up into the kitchen. The kitchen has high end appliances, loads of storage, and is well equipped.

What an amazing location! We are in the Yacht Club area and are only five minutes from the Caloosahatchee River which is your portal to amazing times at Sanibel Island, Estero Island, Captiva Island, or many other beautiful destinations! Boat rentals are readily available and we have a great boat lift. If you are interested in renting a boat during your vacation be sure to book early! Ask us about our rental boat! We have a 2016 24 foot NauticStar deck boat for rent through a local boat rental company. You can save $25 per night on the house for each day you rent the boat! Our lift is set up for this boat. One advantage to renting our boat is the GPS leaves bread crumbs from past trips. That makes it easier to get to the local destinations if you are not familiar with the area.

The home sits on a beautiful lot and has 120 feet of canal frontage. The frontage has a tiki hut, boat lift, a kayak launch (we provide a two-person kayak for you to use), and plenty of room to catch some sun on the lovely waterfront decking. We see manatees, sting rays, dolphins and many fish species in the canal!

We want you to come to our home to relax - your paradise awaits! No need to spend additional money or take up luggage space on supplies and paper products! We provide you with pretty much everything you need during your vacation – toilet paper, paper towel, kleenex, dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, tissues, and even some spices. We also provide coffee/filters/creamer. We provide four hair dryers (one in each bathroom) and we also have a scale for your use. We don't charge electricity fees or fees for extra guests either! We want you to be able to travel lightly and not worry about extra fees!

We have solar panels and that allows us to offer you no additional charges for electricity! You can ask us to set your ideal pool and spa temperature and we don't charge a pool heating fee. We also offer a ChargePoint Electric car charger for you to use at no extra charge. It can be used to charge any electric vehicle but may require an adaptor for certain vehicles. We can provide an adaptor for Tesla's.

We provide five adult bikes you can use to explore the area! One of them is 24 inches which is perfect for most teenagers. The local roads have a bike lane which makes biking easy and safe. The Yacht club is 1.9 miles away and makes a great biking destination.

There are two large master suites (king size beds) each with an attached bathroom which makes this home perfect for two families! There are three additional bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a queen, and one with two twin XL (longer so it fits adults) bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own wall mounted smart television except for the bunk bed bedroom. In addition, we have two comfortable air mattresses and bedding that you can use if need be.

High speed internet and over 100 television channels are provided for your enjoyment. We have multiple routers throughout the home to ensure great coverage in both the home and outdoor living areas. The WIFI signal is strong and can be accessed in the pool area and down at the canal frontage.

Congo Breeze has two central air conditioners and offers two variable adjustable zones. There is a full size laundry room with two washing machines and dryer for your use. We have an additional dryer in the garage, along with two drying racks for your convenience. Plenty of pool towels are provided.

Feel free to use the grill. You may have to refill the propane tank if it's empty. Please clean the grill after each use.

We have heard feedback from guests that they love staying at Congo Breeze because there is so much room and so much to do! The pool and lanai area are much larger than most places and we have surround sound music to make it feel like a resort. With ping pong, cornhole, billiards, etc... you could easily spend entire days at our house without needing to leave to spend money on entertainment.

There should be a full Welcome Brochure in a binder in the home and one will also be emailed two weeks prior to your stay.
