Beautiful 1 BR / 2 BA Condo! Sleeps 6! Gorgeous views of the water! 5 stars!

Exceptional views of the Emerald Coast! This luxury ocean and Gulf view unit is located in Tower 2 of the prestigious Grand Panama Resort. It is a 1 bedroom condo with 2 baths. Includes a bunk nook area and a sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably.

Get a fresh start in the morning with a hot cup of Joe and spoil your family with a home cooked meal using our included appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary culinary items you might need.

Lounge in the master bedroom's king size bed while enjoying your favorite TV programs. Wash away your day while enjoying the private bathroom's massive walk in shower. Dual vanities ensure an easy morning routine. Twin beds adorn the bunk nook area. After a long day at the beach, relax in the living room on the unit's sofa sleeper couch.

We provide a starter set of 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash can liner for each can, a roll of paper towels, (1) dishwasher pods, and hand soap. This is usual and customary for condo stays.

Don't leave your fur baby at home. Grand Panama is one of the very few beach resorts that allows pets (see additional pet policy & only 25 lbs or under is allowed).

*Note, we have an exterior only Ring doorbell camera.

The unit is adjacent to a massive outdoor seating area that overlooks the ocean, pool, and grilling area.

This resort boasts a beach front spa pool, as well as a 2nd rooftop heated pool and spa pool located in Tower 2, just 2 floors down from the unit!! Both pools have an on-site Tiki Bar (seasonal) that serves food and drinks. There are gas grills located by each pool for guest use. The state of the art workout room is located in Tower 2. There is also ample covered parking! Grand Panama is just a short walk away from many amazing restaurants. If you are looking to have some fun with the family, Shipwreck Water Park is right around the corner! You are also within walking distance of the Shoppes at Edgewater which offers many shopping and entertainment options! Pier Park and Frank Brown Park are a convenient drive away.

Grand Panama Resort charges a $50 resort fee that is collected directly by them. This includes parking (for one vehicle, the second vehicle is $30), free internet, wristbands, and security at the resort. Additionally, beginning September 1, 2024, they will charge a $20 per pet fee.

Cute beach condo

This was a fabulous stay even if we had rough surf and double red flag days. The condo was decorated so nice and had everything we needed. The owners were amazing, fast with communication and the area was just as described. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful condo

Condo was updated clean beautiful. Tower 2 offered us beach view yet convenient to dog park and walk . Loved the bridge walkway to Another Broken Egg. The Eaglestons made sure we had everything we needed. Quick response to our questions when renting and during our vacation. Will rent from them again . Our dog loved the set up and warm welcome.

Daughters best birthday ever

Great place and they give you a book of all the things around the area. They recommended a swim with dolphins best day of my daughter life she said. Mrs lois was so helpful and sweet. Wife loves the big master shower and my daughter loved the bunk beds. I enjoy the balcony and would have loved to have used the open kitchen but we ran out of time. Highly recommend

My Grand daughters and I had a great time, Only problem was we could not stay longer, Our rooms was perfect and location was beautiful and convenient. Will definitely be coming back and telling my family and also work family what an enjoyable stay we had.

Family Getaway

This property is smack dab in the middle of all the goings on and just steps from the beach. You could sit on the balcony and see the sand and waves! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Honestly everything was cleaned sufficiently (and I’m picky). The only comment is that the rug in the living room has seen better days. The most impressive thing (and the most important!) was the responsiveness of the owner. All of our questions or concerns were immediately addressed once we texted. I have never had a property owner be more responsive! Kudos and thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Nice and clean with a great view.

The condo was very nice and clean. Great communication with the rental agency and or owners. It had everything needed for the stay, except something to clean the outside grilles. We never could get the grilles to light so ended up cooking our dogs on the stove, no big deal. I used the gym one day, which has hardly no air, but what's a workout without sweat.The pools and hot tubs were nice after being on the beach all day. PCB has the clearest beach water I have ever seen. Cant wait to go back.

Perfect condo for our family!

This condo is very beautiful with ocean views from the living room. The owners were so kind and gave us all the information we needed to ensure a wonderful trip! The condo was very clean, kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils and pots/pans. The beds were very comfortable. This condo is located in the second tower of the Grand Panama, the rooftop pool is awesome and its not a far walk at all across the road (or connected breezeway to tower 1) to get to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and look forward to staying again!

Cutest little beach condo!

We so enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was decorated so cute and we felt very at home there. Anything you could ever need was stocked inside! We still had a great view of the ocean off of our balcony. The heated pool and hot tubs were a big hit for myself and my three kids. Beach access was easy and the tiki bar was very reasonably priced. It was also nice to be able to bring our fur baby along too! Contact with the host was so easy and she was so very friendly and accommodating to us the entire trip. We will definitely be going back!! We had a great time!!

Amazing Place

This place was very clean and great for a family. Kitchen is a great size and has everything that is needed and more. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and the master bath is large with a beautiful large shower. The street outside might be loud at night for some if you are out there, but we thought it was fun to watch the cars cruise that strip. Inside though is very quiet! This place is beautifully decorated and very beach like! We would definitely stay there again!!
