This condo overlooks trees bordering the Assawoman Canal with two canal access points around the building. The large screened-in porch and deck make it feel like a treehouse; the deck provides guests with convenient outdoor eating and an open-air area with seating.
Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home has an inviting living room with a gas fireplace and Smart TV in the corner, surrounded by comfortable sofas. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a French-door fridge and a dishwasher. The Keurig coffee maker is a great addition, especially for coffee enthusiasts. When mealtime comes around, gather at the six-person dining table to enjoy a delicious homemade meal. The breakfast bar adds four additional dining spots. Then, let the dishwasher clean everything up in the blink of an eye while you take one of the adult bikes provided and visit downtown. Or you may as well visit Sea Colony's swimming pools or fitness center for an afternoon workout.
The first floor of this dreamy retreat hosts two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bunk room, which is perfect for kids, has plenty of toys and is right across the hall from another full bathroom. The upstairs loft provides guests with another sleeping area with two beds and a convenient desk including a television with cable that can be used as a monitor. If you were planning on working from home during your stay-cation, this desk and the free WiFi and internet available are the solution.
THINGS TO KNOW
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
