An abundance of windows allows light to seep in to give a bright and comfortable feel. A full kitchen and new washer/dryer are available for private use. Located on the desirable West Side of Worcester, you will be steps away from restaurants and parks. Two off street parking spots are included with the reservation.

Spacious unit in great location

Our family came from Maine and Canada to meet up in Worcester for a production at the Hanover Theater. It was great to find a place with enough bedrooms that we could all stay and eat meals together. The living and dining areas are very bright and spacious, so we had plenty of room to lounge with our morning coffees, to play games in the evenings, even to stretch out and do yoga. The unit is in a lovely neighbourhood with beautiful old homes and big trees, and a short walk from the Bancroft monument, a park, and a grocery store. The owners were very quick to respond to any messages.

Highly recommended!!!

A beautiful victorian home with up to date features that do not detract from its charm. The hosts provided little touches like coffee service, bottled water and self care items that really made us feel welcomed and at home. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice and Pleasant Stay

I grew up in Worcester (Newton Square area) and I was looking for a nice place for my family during our stay to visit friends/family and this was perfect. Everything went very smooth and I highly recommend it. We had my wife and I, my 22 year old son, my 14 year old daughter, and my 4 year old daughter and everyone had their own bed and slept comfortably. Great job hosts!

holiday stay

Overall the place worked perfectly for our family during our stay in central MA during the Holidays. The layout of the space was functional and the number of bedrooms was perfect for us and they even had a mini crib and pac n play for us for our grand kids. A few "negative" items that are note-worthy for someone wishing to stay here. It is on the 2nd floor (which we knew) and the parking is in the rear of the house and you have to walk around the entire house to get to the front door. We are not sure why the hosts don't allow the use of the rear stair that dumps you right at the parking space which would make it so much more convenient especially with the luggage and kids. Also, the king mattress and twin beds were incredibly uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well. (way too firm, and I like firm mattresses generally) Minor, but most doors squeaked and I ended up waking up my wife every time I had to go to the bathroom as her head was directly adjacent to the door. Overall we would probably stay again, in general, it worked great for us. Maybe I'll try the queen mattress next time...

Spacious and clean

A great location and great space. The area was a bit loud as there was construction going on across the street; however, the noise was not really evidence in the bedrooms. For the size of the unit, more seating/large seating in the living room area would have been nice.

Carolyn has been a fantastic host every time we have stayed. We’re from 3000 miles away and this is our “home” in Worcester. The condo is spacious and comfortable. It is close to excellent restaurants and in a lovely neighborhood. We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The condo is located in a lovely restored Victorian home right in a convenient location to hop onto anyway highway needed to travel throughout the area. Rooms were spacious, kitchen is lovely, and we couldn't have asked for Carolyn to be more responsive and friendly. She recommended two restaurants to us that the teenagers that we were traveling with thoroughly enjoyed. In addition, she advocated for us regarding parking and access when some road crews were in the area. Really appreciated the condo and Carolyn's help! We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

Perfect Home Away from Home

We were in the area for a hockey tournament and knew there would be downtime between games. This place gave us enough space so that we could spread out and not feel like we were tripping over ourselves like we would in a hotel room. We had to do some staff training in a nearby town outside of Worcester, Massachusetts, and this place worked out perfectly. Close to the grocery stores, plenty of room for all of the adults, nice bathrooms and kitchen, and very clean. We would definitely stay there again if we need to be back in the same area.

Family Weekend for College

We stayed here for Family Weekend for our daughter at College. The property was exactly as described. Close proximate to everything. Very spacious and comfortable.
