Located within the Palmilla Beach Resort, you and your guests will be granted access to a community fitness center and a nine-hole golf course. Entertainment is taken seriously here.
This air-conditioned escapade provides guests with a well-furnished balcony equipped with an inviting sofa and an outdoor dining area for four that can be accessed through the living room. Speaking of the living room, this light-filled spot offers nothing but neverending comfort with a sectional and two chairs. Stream a favorite movie or show on the Smart TV with cable, kick your feet up, and get ready for an entertaining evening at home. No movie night or binge-watching evening would be complete without a snack and the kitchen is ready to back you up! Equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, a coffee maker; and a functional island with a sink, dishwasher, and seating for three. A more formal meal can take place at the sublime dining table for eight.
Two bedrooms plus a sleeping nook with bunk beds in the hallway make this retreat perfect for families with children. The main bedroom has direct access to the balcony, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and an en suite full bath with a standalone shower, double vanity, and a soaking tub.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
