There is a stainless steel kitchen, spa bathroom, finished basement and bar with sleeping capacity to accommodate two families. This is a smart home with Ring db, lights and thermostat controlled by your voice. We are less than an hour drive from downtown Chicago, and there are many great beaches nearby. Shopping and great dining options are also within a close drive.

The garage will not be available until summer 2022. However, there is plenty of parking on the double driveway.

This is a very safe neighborhood with lots of friendly people around. Easy access to Central Ave. which will get you quickly to restaurants, shopping and the highway.

NO PARTIES, or large gatherings of any type. Confetti of any type is not allowed on the premises-interior and exterior. I like my neighbors and they like me. Please only smoke outside, either on the deck or out back/front. SMOKING in the house will automatically get you a NEGATIVE REVIEW. No Pets.
