KEIN HIGHRISE. WENIGER CROWDED BEACH - STELLEN SIE IHRE ZEHEN IN DEN SAND. POOL, AUFZUG.

Sundial ist ein dreistöckiges Anwesen am Strand (insgesamt 24 Einheiten) mit überdachtem Parkplatz, Aufzug und einem Pool am Strand. Es liegt im Sand am West Beach, in einem Gebiet mit geringer Dichte an der Golfküste. Es gibt einen sehr großen privaten Balkon, der vom Wohnbereich und vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist.

Wir vermieten NICHT an alleinstehende Erwachsene unter 27 Jahren. Maximal zwei Autos pro Einheit.

Unsere Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und komplett ausgestattet. Es ist eine geräumige Einheit mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, die bequem Platz für acht Personen bietet. Kingsize-Bettzeug befindet sich im Hauptschlafzimmer, Queensize-Bettzeug befindet sich im 2. Schlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im 3. Schlafzimmer und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

Alles, was Sie für einen traumhaften Strandurlaub mitbringen müssen, ist Ihr Badeanzug und das Badetuch!

Fishing Trip

Pros - The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in the unit as well as a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer. The beds aren't bad and its roomy. Cons - the property is very old and needs updating. The furniture is old and musty. It was not very clean. The upstairs has a window unit that does not work very well.

We loved our stay!

This was our first time in Gulf Shores, and the description is perfectly worded. The two twin beds are in a loft, but the entire place has tons of space. We’re a family of 5 and never once felt crowded. The kitchen is fully stocked, the entire place was clean, and the elevator worked perfectly. Mary is very nice and provided all information well in advance. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect property for families

Our favorite property, we are long time guests here! Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. Hostess was so helpful and prompt to reply to questions. My only issue was listed check in time differed from what came in the agreement, however the hostess was quick to respond and assist.

We enjoyed our visit and Gulf Shores and Mary was exceptional in helping us out and being available when we needed her. The building is not crowded at all and made for easy beach access.

Overall it was a nice place to rest out bodies after being out and about all day. Its steps away from the beach, which was absolutely amazing! The king bed is super firm(like a rock) and queen/full bed was alright but it is right next to a window that leads to the hall. There were a couple of sleepless nights with the commotion of people in the echoing hallway. Pull out couch had no sheets available. Owner did tell us we could reach out to the housekeeper with any issues, but we didn't want to bother or make time. Minor. The rentals I have stayed at and being that we booked for a week, I would have expected to have more than two rolls of TP. Minor complaint. In addition the mention of a grill has usually been on the patio. We didnt actually find the grills somewhat hidden at the front corner or the building. Being on the third floor-opposite end of the building, we had no interest in using them. We were sent a key to the door which was a kind of a nuisance, when for a mear $100 an electronic lock could be installed and a code provided. Maybe there's a valid reason for not doing this, but I would recommend it. The fire alarm battery started to go dead our last night there....you know when it chirps every minute. Overall, it was well worth the cost. Its a nice place. I dont mean to sound like a complainer, but more of a heads up for any folks that do come across my review. Just not quite what we expected. Could be just our expectations. Owner is very responsive and kind ❤️

Steps from the Beach

The location was great. You are steps from the beach which was perfect for our kids. Housekeeping had not been there when we arrived, & it late so housekeeping came the next morning. Mary was very responsive & helpful. The condo is as advertised.

Not clean

Great location! We understand wear and tear on a condo, but there was no reason for condo to be so dirty. We had to call and give a list of things that were dirty , stained or broken just so we would not be charged. We went to eat after checking in and a cleaning person was supposed to come, they left old cheese in floor and a dirty toilet with someone else’s mess on it. Our family jumped in and cleaned, we went to turn in to bed and there were no sheets on the bed or extra sheets to use, we had to wait on a gentleman to deliver, he was very nice and apologetic. The location for us was fantastic, but first impressions ruin things.

The condo was exactly as described. It had a good view. The condo had plenty of room. The beach was beautiful. The covered parking garage was a plus keeping the vehicle cooler. The pool was kinda small but we spent most of the time on the beach. I would highly recommend staying at this rental.

Great week for Hangout

Me, my husband and another couple slep comfortably here. Small condo property with a pool, right on the beach. Condo was clean and furnishings were as advertised. Since we were thete for hangoit fest, it would have been comvenient to use the key box but we made do. Parking is also tight, as stated but otherwise it was perfect!!

Great family stay!

We had a great time! Owner was easy to get in touch with and we had everything we needed. The twin bedroom is a loft not a bedroom. Also, the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great time and loved our stay!

We Will Return!

This was our first trip to the Gulf Shores area and are already planning our return next year. We enjoyed this condo, location and beach were wonderful. Mary was very responsive to some issues and questions we had. Replied quickly with answers and resolutions. We are renting from her again next year!

Post Labor Day Sty

The location was great as we love the ability to walk across to The Beach House restaurant or S&S seafood. Parking passes could be better. As we had friends from Mobile come in to spend time with us and needed a third parking pass. Other than that all was great.
