At the beginning of South Forest Beach right off the Coligny Circle is the beautiful complex Ocean One. When you stay at 202 Ocean One you can park your car (only 2 cars allowed) and never have to drive again for your stay. Rent a bike or walk the paths and explore all the South End flavor, from the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza that includes a Piggly Wiggly. Tons of shops, restaurants and entertainment options abound.

You can take the elevator to 202 or take a few stairs up to this fabulous end unit and enjoy a comfortable villa that has family and friends in mind. The kitchen is equipped with most anything you would need for a great stay including a regular/Keurig coffeemaker. There is a dining table seating 6 easily and 4 bar stools there making meals a breeze. The living area has comfortable seating makes watching the flat screen so relaxing. A large, shaded balcony with table and chairs makes for a perfect spot for a coffee or a cocktail watching all nature in the beautiful moss draped oaks.

The first Master is right off the dining area and besides having a King, flat screen and private bath with a shower, there is also a private balcony with great seats to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. The other Master with a King is on the opposite side of the villa also with a flat Screen ensuite bathroom and a small balcony. Each of the other 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms as well as Twin Bed and a Twin over Double Bunk Bed, there is also the Disney + App on the TV.

202 Ocean One has a full-size washer and dryer. The Ocean One Complex includes a large oceanfront pool (Heated Seasonally - open 10AM-Sunset) with a beautiful sun deck as well as Fire Pits with chairs to watch the stars come out (closed from Memorial Day to Labor Day). But more importantly you are just steps on a walkway to our wonderful Hilton Head hard packed beach. There is a common propane grilling area for an easy meal after a day in the sun. There is also security on site and each villa is allowed 2 cars (ONLY) to park there.

Any unused credits do not convert to cash and does not apply to your rental rate or final cost. No packing required, making your vacation a breeze! You will receive details once the reservation is confirmed.

Please be advised that from September 2025 through May 2026, a beach renourishment project will be underway on the island. While this project will only impact small sections of the beach at any given time, we want to ensure you're aware of its occurrence. The town anticipates minimal disruption to individual properties during this period. On the bright side, this process can be fascinating to observe and will result in stunningly restored beaches once completed.

Holiday vacation with family

My family and I enjoyed our stay- condo is in a perfect location- easy walk to Coligny and to beach. The condo needs some updating but this did not affect our stay- we had a wonderful time.

Room for all & fully-equipped

Room for large family, well equipped with all you need. Many beds, baths, large dining table and breakfast bar. Kitchen fully equipped too. Very nice condo! Wonderful!

Nice location, tired property

The location and size of this property were great but the condo is very much in need of a refresh and a deep cleaning. Floor was so dirty we wore shoes the entire time. Blow dryer in one of the rooms was super sticky and had hair stuck to it. Furniture was stained and kitchen cabinets were pretty beat up. With a refresh this would be a great space

Perfect for two small-medium families.

It was so nice to have plenty of room for two families to be together yet have some privacy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are split, two and two, on either side of the kitchen and living area. One bathroom felt a little tight, but it was great to have four bathrooms and we functioned very well in the space. The beach and pool are relatively close. We took advantage of the grill which also worked very well. The property is clean and well maintained and security provided at the gate. Parking can be a little tight and trailers are not allowed on property. Bike storage on site is not covered-- We brought bikes and wished we had covers for them for the rain. Next time will rent some instead. Closet was stocked with left over beach gear also!

Great location for shopping and eating. Right at the beach. Tiki bar next door. Love how the town gets quiet by 10pm. Condo had everything we needed and wanted. Beds were comfy! My family of 7 was comfortable.

This is a nice condo, surprisingly well furnished. Nice supply of beach toys and chairs in the storage closet, which exceeded expectations. Disappointments: pool was closed for renovations. Construction work was annoyingly noisy at times.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The layout of the four bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was perfect for our 4 couples. Everyone had privacy and space. The kitchen and living room are open and spacious with every amenity needed. A hidden gem is the large walk in pantry. For a group of our size, it housed all our groceries and kept the countertops free for food prep. We loved this condo! The location is so convenient to Coligny Plaza. We walked and biked almost every day for dinner or just an ice cream for the kids. Coligny had a fun splash pad that the kids enjoyed — and the new park is amazing! It was a perfect beach vacation for our family. Thank you for making it possible!

Perfect location, great space, OK kitchen

Our group had 4 adults and 4 kids, and there was the perfect amount of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds in both kids rooms, and TVs in all the rooms were a nice touch. The living room setup is wonderful for a big group, and we were able to comfortable fit all 8 of us around the dinner table! When booking, I felt we were going to be disappointed by the "landscape" (parking lot) view, but in reality, sitting on the deck with a glass of local bourbon was very nice and peaceful, and the trees and landscaping is very beautiful. The unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was very easy access, as it's an end unit, and the external stairs were right next to where we parked. The grounds are very nice, the pool (while cold in March) was clean and nice, and there were a bunch of beach goodies, like beach chairs (and a cart to haul them), boogie boards, skimboards, and all kinds of kiddo sand toys! My only bit of constructive criticism would be that the kitchen is overdue for a refresh. The kitchen cabinets felt like "15 year old Ikea" if that makes sense. An updated stove and some additional/upgraded cooking implements and supplies would put this place over the top! Overall, I'd recommend 202 Ocean One! The location was absolutely amazing, everything was clean and comfortable, the host provided excellent communication, and everything went off without a hitch!
