Beachy from top to bottom, this fun condo is a family-friendly base for beach adventures. Sky blue walls and colorful decor throughout will put you in a vacation mode. Everything's cooled by central air conditioning, with the exception of the private furnished balcony. You'll be able to rinse off beach sand in the shared outdoor shower before coming in. The condo's own private washer/dryer will take care of the swimsuits and towels. Make plans for the next day while cooking up dinner in the full kitchen. Guests will also be able to enjoy access to a shared pool and tennis court during their stay - the fun never has to stop!

Needed for Evacuation
I had to leave St Pete, and I decided to book this and work in Destin for the week. I would like to book here for all of my future work weeks. Might need to upgrade the foam mattress pad. Better Instructions to find the dumpster to take out trash. It would've been nice to be able to communicate with someone since we had to evacuate and we needed 1 more night! Overall a great experience.

Very nice, Very clean

Furniture needs to be replaced
The living room furniture needs to be replaced. Couch is uncomfortable and smells. Recliner chair also smells and is very old. Very gross and couldn’t stand to use them. TV is difficult to work and too small. On the flip side, the bed is very nice and comfortable. Nice kitchen and bathroom also. Couldn’t access the pool and was told the office is closed on weekends so no way to contact them. Good location though and would stay again if living room furniture is replaced.

Great location
We did enjoy this property other than the sheet did not fit the bed properly and kept coming off in the middle of the night. Sister does not give a person it's starting to show some wear and tear inside and could use some updating.

A little paradise
The condo was very clean and really close to the beach. We had a few minor repairs that we had to call on arrival, they were fixed really fast and also an interruption of the internet and cable, that seems to be a recurrent problem It would be awesome if they would provide the beach service for the chairs and umbrella We will probably return

Beach side stay
This cozy bungalow was just as advertised. Very cute decor, good kitchen, equipped with essentials. The king bed was comfortable and overall the place was very nice. It's a short walk to one beach, or a short drive to several others. Conveniently located for shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Good location, close to the beach. Floors were dirty. Tv didn't work in the bedroom. No blankets and beds very uncomfortable and huge roaches!! Paid too much money to have roaches.

Destin Beach get-away!
Location was nothing less than perfect as the beach is walking distance. Our Wi-Fi only worked for the first night then it stopped working, luckily this was not an issue since we spent our day outside. I do recommend more blankets would have been nice and maybe update the mattresses as they were not the comfiest. Other than that, this place is a great stay if you’re not staying long.

Beach vacation
Great location and the condo was comfortable. Condo needed updating in the bedroom from the 70s. The living room couch and dining room chairs need replaced. Also, no extra blankets,oven mitts, hand soap, kitchen washcloth, cookie pans, or condo manual. Location was perfect, though. We took care of 2 wasp nests , broken blinds, and 2 sliding glass door tracks that weren’t working while we were there. The place was great, but needs some TLC.

Nicely appointed and about a hundred steps to toe's in the sand! Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. We will be back!
