If you’re bringing your boat with you, you should reserve a slip soon to be sure you can tie up a spot at the prime Oyster Farm Marina located just down the street.

The first floor of the home includes a super fun media room/game room stocked with lots of games for all to enjoy, a wet bar for your favorite beverages, a bedroom, full bath, mud room, laundry area, a side porch by the outdoor shower as well as the spacious screened porch overlooking the lake perfect for sipping your coffee or orange juice while you soak in the peaceful surroundings.
The second floor contains the main living and dining areas, both of which offer great waterviews, as well as the master suite with waterviews and en suite bath with a generously sized beautiful tile shower. All bedrooms have soft comfy sheets to ensure you enjoy a better night’s sleep.

At Sunset, guests will have full access of Bay Creek free amenities, including community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, soft sand private beach, 350 acre Nature Preserve with trails & kayak launch. You may book tee times at Bay Creek as well and pay a per person rate at the Pro Shop at the time of playing. You will receive an email with a form to fill out & submit.
