Our property is located in a small townhouse community with only 48 total units. The location is very quiet, with respectful neighbors. Centrally located, so it's easy to get around town. Plenty of nearby grocery stores and other shopping nearby.

Our guests have access to our entire property, with the exception of a locked owner's closet in the garage and another in the hallway inside the unit.

Community Amenities: Take advantage of the pool and spa in the complex. The heated pool is available year-round, excluding January through February.

Parking: Overnight driveway parking is not permitted, per HOA. Vehicles must park inside garage. Visitor spots available nearby in the complex, but not guaranteed to be available during your stay.

I live locally, and my property is self-managed. I believe in the personal touch that makes the rental experience so much better! I am available to my guests if/when they need assistance, or just want recommendations for things to do, or places to eat/visit.
