📑 Our property is located in a very safe and quiet residential neighborhood. No loud parties or gatherings are permitted, so please do not book if that's the intent. Upon booking, you will receive a link to sign a rental agreement. A few days before arrival, we will also send an email reminder to input a credit card for the security deposit hold as well as submit a copy of your government issued ID per city regulations.
Please follow Hot Tube Rules posted by the hot tub. In the winter, the pool is heated and we don't charge extra for pool heat. Our pool is heated up to 86 degrees from November through April. On colder days (< 70 degrees), our pool may not reach set temperature as the electric pool heaters rely on ambient air. Most heat pumps do not function when outside temperature is less than 55 degrees. Please follow these pool rules:
◼Do not leave children unattended outside
◼Set up optional child patio gate and turn on patio door alarm
◼Avoid excessive screaming and yelling as it disturbs the neighbors
◼No glass, or anything breakable in or around the pool or hot tub
◼Swim at your own risk. This is a private home and there is no lifeguard
◼No diving
For guests considering bringing their pet:
While we are a pet friendly property, only dogs are allowed, with a max of TWO dogs per stay. We welcome well behaved dogs that are fully house trained, at least 1 year old, & weigh less than 50 lbs. Hypoallergenic breeds are preferred. Pets will need to be approved in advance and guests must agree to our pet house rules below. Extra pet cleaning fee ($250+) may be taken from the security deposit if evidence of urine is found inside the home or pet feces found inside and/or in the backyard.
Pet House Rules:
◼Pets must be kenneled or crated if left alone at the property. Guests must bring own crate or purchase one locally (Pet Supermarket is 5 minutes drive from the house)
◼When outside the property, pets must kept on a leash (no more than 10 ft in length)
◼Please do not allow pets on furniture
◼Clean up and pick up after your pets. Please, no dog poop or urine stains in our home or backyard
Please also note that our properties are privately owned homes, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, WIFI, pool heater, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. We do our best to maintain the quality of our property by taking care of it inside and out. While we ask our weekly maintenance crew to come before guests arrive, sometime it is not possible due to their busy schedules. Occasionally, you might see our maintenance vendors on the property.
Florida is a buggy state! The outside perimeter of our home is professionally sprayed regularly to control endemic insects. However, please understand it is not possible to get rid of all bugs, unfortunately.
We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as it provides the peace of mind and financial protection in case unexpected events occur. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds outside of the cancellation policy. For cancellation within policy, refunds minus 5% credit card service charge. Thank you for understanding.
