This space is close to everything you want to do. Or hang out and watch the golfers from the screened in balcony. Looking for something to do outdoors? Relax by the pond out back and watch the geese and egrets, or feed the turtles! There is a walking path nearby that leads to a playground for the kids to enjoy.

Enjoyed our time here. The area was quiet and we enjoyed the walking path to the Kiwanis Park. The condo was clean and well furnished. We will be back.

Peaceful Getaway

I enjoyed 4 days in the unit. I felt very safe and it was peaceful. The owners were responsive to all my inquiries. The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities, and there was even a baskets of treats. Parking was close and the development was near a shopping center and gas station and eateries. There was plenty of space, so I will return with friends!

Great place to stay

Came to town to visit parents for Christmas. This home was super clean and convenient to get where we needed to be. Host was very welcoming and accommodating when we changed the dates twice. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Truly Enjoyed

Everything is as you see it. Very nice. Quiet. Having water bottles in the fridge at arrival was a nice touch as was the welcome basket with popcorn and cookie bars. Although we don't drink wine, there was a wine bottle offered as part of the welcome.

Very nice location and property. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and would love to go back, we did look to rebook but it doesn’t appear they rent it out during the summer…… bummer because it’s perfect. We’ll have to find another property for next June

3 sisters and a friend

We wanted to revisit Wrightsville beach, it was a beach of girls would spend a lot of time at as teens with our cousins. We visited topsail south beach, and planned some site seeing on Thursday. We were able to visit our aunt (81) and all our cousins, and spend the evenings with them. We basically would have our coffee and breakfast in the morning then come back to relax and sleep in the evenings. The condo was perfect for this trip, I hope we will be able to do this again sometime. I couldn’t have had a better host thank you Laura for your communication and perfect little condo.

We were absolutely pleased with every aspect of our stay, from the unit itself to the way it was stocked. We used this as a “landing zone” with long days at the beach and appreciated our quiet “retreat!”

The name of your Condo is Serenity and we have a Pontoon Boat we named Serenity. We loved the condo the neighbors were great and it was 2 miles from my daughter's house. We had an amazing time here. Everything was clean and had more basic supplies than anticipated. We brought beach toys but really didn't need to there wasa nice supply there. My little one loved the swingy chair!

Perfect condo near Surf City

Reserve with confidence! This quiet 2nd floor condo was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We spent a quiet morning laughing at the antics of the birds from the screened in patio. We are already talking about staying there again.

Very Nice Place

We were visiting family in Wilmington for the holidays. it was a bit of a drive between this rental and their house, but worth the miles. This place is very clean and in a quiet community. The house is stocked with what you need and has a nice washer and dryer, so we could do some laundry while there. I wish the weather had been warmer. The screened in space that overlooks the golf course looked amazing. The only issue we had (and it has nothing to do with the living space) was parking. We have a full size pickup and parking was scarce and tight. Most of the other condos looked half deserted, but this condo had a lot of cars and getting the truck parked was a challenge. if you have a car or smaller SUV, you’ll be fine.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I stayed in Laura’s condo this past week. It is roomy, clean, and in a great location. We took daily walks to the Kiwanis park. Laura included nice welcoming perks!
