This home sleeps 8 guests. We recommend a party of no more than 6 people for comfort and privacy. Please choose the correct number of people when booking.

- We will send you check-in instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival

Additional rules:
We have wonderful neighbors, and we want to make sure our guests respect their privacy and our community. By booking our property you agree to follow our house rules.
1. NO PARTIES, events, or large gatherings. If neighbors complain, your reservation will be cancelled immediately with no refund
2. NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house or in the pool area
3. Quiet hours 8:00 pm – 8:00am
4. Please be advised that the pool is unfenced and may be unsuitable for children. Hosts are not responsible for any potential injuries on the property or in the pool. Children should be supervised at all times.
5. To ensure safety of our guests and protection of property, A/V surveillance is present at the house entrance. No surveillance inside the house. Pool area has a motion detection sensor with lights (no camera).
