The ultimate Florida beach retreat in this newly remodeled home, where you can bask in the luxury of a heated pool and a vast, lush backyard complete with a putting green and a charming screened-in patio. The interior is expertly adorned to provide a stylish oasis. The house is fully equipped to enjoy the comforts of home, including yard games, and a top-of-the-line gas grill. As the day winds down, you can enjoy some friendly competition in the garage with a game of pool or darts

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Wonderful home to relax and enjoy family.

The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the neighborhood, Cinotti's bakery, the beach, and just relaxing. Great trip catching up with family and friends in the Jacksonville area. Location was convenient for those we were visiting.

Spring Break Getaway

Great property for spring break getaway! Plenty of chairs for the beach and the wagon was a life saver. Ocean was chilly but the heated pool was a great way to end the day!

Super clean heated pool, golf and close to the beach!

We stayed for 5 nights with our three kids. The kids loved the heated pool since it was a little chilly in the mornings and played golf every day! The beach is a short walk or drive which is super convenient. So many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Quiet neighborhood too. Would highly recommend.

Ice place - great location

Excelente casa!! La pasamos súper bien, la calefacción no funcionaba y de inmediato no lo arreglaron la atención por parte del personal Super al pendiente. Recomiendo esta casa ampliamente.

Fun House

For 3 adult couples it was excellent, planning to secure for our trip next year. The location for us was perfect, wives and husbands had different activities, the beach, shopping, bars, golf and races. The house was a good base to relax in the pool, sun, friendly games of pool and card games. The bedrooms were all queen so no fighting for a bedroom. The TV cable also had all the channels we needed without our own subscription.

This vrbo is awesome! Very clean,inviting, and affordable! If your wanting a vrbo close to the beach that isn't in the hustle bustle of the beach area but close enough to enjoy it this is your place! We wanted a secluded pool to not share with a condo, apartment, or resort area. The pool was clean and refreshing. The home is in a residential neighborhood, so I wouldn't recommend it for a party group, but for a family atmosphere it was perfect! My family loved it!!

Enjoyed our stay, especially with pool and a little one. Many additional activities with putting green and bean bag toss. 2 living areas to hang out in. For future renters, please advise people to run pool filler during stay (We are not pool owners and did not understand pool care). Also the mirror in main bathroom is too high to use (2 adults under 5'2") and no mirrors in 2 bedrooms. Master had several mirrors. Just made getting ready challenging.
