3. **No Parties or Events: ** To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and all guests, parties and events are not allowed. Only the number of guests stated in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.

4. **Quiet Hours: ** Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors and other guests.

5. **Check-In/Check-Out: **
- **Check-In: ** After 4:00 PM
- **Check-Out: ** By 11:00 AM

6. **Use of Projector and Arcade Games: ** Please handle the projector and arcade games with care. Make sure to turn off the projector after use and avoid moving the arcade machines.

7. **Kitchen Use: ** Feel free to use the kitchen, but kindly clean up after yourself. Ensure that all appliances are turned off when not in use.

8. **Trash Disposal: ** Dispose of trash in the designated bins. On designated trash collection days, please ensure that the bins are taken out to the curb if you are staying over multiple days.
