The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest's payment.
This property has outdoor camera at the main entrance and noise monitoring devices. Number of guests and noise level will be monitored. Any noise level resulting in complaint, or occupancy by unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and forfeit of security deposit.
