This unit is in the most convenient location in this resort! It has a reserved parking spot on the 3rd floor of the garage, so no driving round and round 12 floors of garage. The parking spot is just feet from the unit, so no long walk or elevator waits. The unit is across the hall from the fitness center, so no excuses to skip the gym. ;-) And, the unit is high enough for a great view, but low enough to take the stairs to the pool and beach to avoid long elevator waits. This unit has an extra large balcony for great views of the Gulf over the lush landscaping, and pool of the Shores of Panama. Watch your family play below from your extra large balcony. This unit has an HE washer/dryer, and two luxury ensuite bedrooms both with private bathrooms complete with tub/shower combinations. The well-stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile floors throughout. This is one of three properties around with this level of amenities. As a bonus, we are located right next to "Pineapple Willie's" world famous seafood and beach bar ... so have lunch and a cocktail while listening to live music right in your own beach chair!

The beach service offers the following beach rentals as well: surfboards, paddle boards, lessons, kayaks, boogie boards, Hobie cats, bicycles, parasail rides, banana boat rides. This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with WiFi conveniently located on the 3rd floor. It's on the same floor as the reserved parking spot (about 75' away, and the fitness center about 30' away.) It’s easy to take the stairs to the pool and beach if you don’t want to wait on elevators. The building is directly on the beach, and is located on the main strip of PCB where all the action is, and right next to Pineapple Willy's. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. Because this building has huge white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are always spacious enough to find a great spot to soak up the sun, making it simply paradise! You can relax on your private South-facing balcony, and watch the family play below, or the dolphin swim beyond! Covered parking protects your car from the hot Florida sun. Our ideal location just a few miles from all the action at Pier Park is close enough to play with all the things PCB has to offer, yet far enough to get away when you want to.
AND, if that weren’t enough, less than 6 miles away is the famous Pier Park, with more than 120 shopping, dining and entertainment choices. Pier Park is a unique beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring a quaint island-look architecture, popular stores, and even an IMAX Theater. You should also check out Shipwreck Island water park and the activity packed Miracle Strip amusement park nearby!

-Parking pass must be purchased online by guest for under $85. Purchase details will be provided after booking. If you bring more cars, you’ll need to utilize public parking. We list of nearby lots is on our documents page.
-We include 1 pool pass per guest at check-in. If you need more, they are $10 if purchased from us at least a week in advance (otherwise, there may be an additional delivery fee and delays).
- We rent Saturday to Saturday in the spring and summer, when we have 6 night minimums.
- A limited supply of Towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows are provided.
- Must submit Driver's license and rental agreement to manager within 24 hours of booking. Must be at least 25 to rent.
- Extra $20/night + tax per guest of any age over 4 guests (of any age) will be collected.
- Smoking allowed outside only.
- Guests must take out all trash and wash all dishes (or leave in running dishwasher) prior to checkout.
*Guest must submit a $250 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 14 days prior to arrival and released 14 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
- Must be at least 18 to rent. If under 25, and additional $1000 damage deposit will be required.
- We include 2 folding chairs and an umbrella in the unit for your use, and you may also rent them on the beach.
- A second cleaning fee will be collected after booking for stays over 2 weeks, and for checkouts on Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
- Building, resort, HOA and/or COA amenities are not guaranteed to be open during your stay.
- Check-in time is after 6:00 P.M. local time. In some instances, access to your unit may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. There will be no discounts offered due to a late check-in. Your patience will be appreciated in these circumstances. If you arrive after 4:00 P.M. and see that the unit is ready (it usually will be), you may begin your stay for no extra charge. Earlier check-ins require special arrangements and may be available for an additional fee.
- All fees are taxable.
