Balconies galore!!! Every bedroom has a balcony with two overlooking the canal. Brand new black out curtains to make for a perfect nights sleep. Plenty of space for the whole family with our 4 bedroom 3 bath condo. Bedroom #1 on main floor is a queen with detached bathroom shared with living room, upstairs bedroom #2 has a queen with shared balcony, bedroom #3 has twin beds perfect for the little ones, and a hall bathroom, lastly the massive Master bedroom boasts a very comfortable King size bed with attached bathroom and private balcony. All bathrooms have bath tubs just right for a family with small children. You will be provided a start up of toilet tissue and paper towels.
There are plenty of things to do in the area. The complex offers access to a beach area, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, two restaurants on the property, local golf cart rental, and fishing charters, not to mention only 45 minutes to Busch Gardens!!! Let us know if you would like info for renting golf carts or fishing charters.please note that Little harbor complex has instated parking fees for all areas except the condo driveway. If you visit the beach area or any other area there is a parking fee.

We had a great. Love this condo!!!!!I Thank you very much for the new refrigerator!!!! I would like to make a few suggestions to be considered:1)The shower curtain in the lower level bathroom has mold on it.2) Would be great to get a new sofa.Very uncomfortable.3) Great to have a tv in the lower level bedroom.We hope to book again next year.Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredible place for the price. Comfortably slept my family.

Everything was just as advertised. I would have given 5 star reviews for every category. The only reason I chose 4 stars for cleanliness was simply because of old stains. I was not surprised to see that in a vacation home with carpet though. It was clean, just stained. I would like to stay there again for future visits.

Condo stay

Hi, the picture by the kitchen fell. Looks like the screws in the wall were somewhat stripped. Also, when closing first floor entry door the window decorative molding just fell off. No biggies, generally our family very much enjoyed the condo.

Excellent Townhouse

The townhouse was clean and welcoming when we arrived. All of the rooms are very comfortable and homey. The property includes many amenities that made our month-long stay fun and relaxing. Highly recommend this property!

Family weekend

We enjoyed our time at Little Harbor although we didn’t get to use many of the amenities as it was a family event and therefore busy weekend in and around the Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Tampa area. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Fleas!

The carpet was filthy and infested with fleas. Also the floors in kitchen & living area were filthy, I washed them twice the second day we were there. Also the couch was infested with fleas. The door to the balcony in the main floor bedroom was broken. The door to the balcony from the living area was very hard to open & close and there was no screen door. That balcony overlooks the mangrove. Lots of bugs.

This is a great condominium

This is our second time staying at this particular property and it is a great home away from home. Karen the property manager keeps in good communication and the property is in very good order and we certainly enjoyed our state.

Great little hide away!

Great property located in a private resort like community. Everything was neat, tidy, and well-equipped. Use of the community pool, hot tub and fitness room was included. As well as the private beach with the lovely sunsets on Tampa Bay. There are a couple bars/restaurants also that are part of the resort.

Stay was for our employees working in the area

We had a 4 week job to do at Shell Point Marina just a few minutes from the condo. Financial this was the best way to houses our employees. They said it was a great place and the service was great to.

Beautiful Property

The property was just as beautiful as pictured. The decor was really on point and the neighborhood was perfect. We had great nights of sleep and I would recommend this property to my associates if they were to visit the area.
